this is my third time at Pam's. The first two times were earlier in the day probably between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and their shelves were absolutely packed. Today I arrived a little bit after 10:30 and they still had quite a bit left, at least the items that I wanted. Locally to me these are the best donuts thus far that I found. Look at the photos I've posted as a comparison of Pam's donut holes and Rancho donuts donut holes. Oh, forgot to mention both Pam's and Rancho are the same price for donut holes, $3 a dozen.
This place was great the donuts were so delicious
Was at Pam’s donuts when it supposedly opened at 5am. 60% of their shelves were void of pastries! And the selection was horrible of what they had. I asked the lady if it was normal to have hardly any pastries when they open and she shrugged her shoulders and said “I can’t steal you cause it depends on when the baker comes in to make the pastries”. Believe the baker is her husband 😂. Anyway I got a limited amount like 4 donuts and donut holes. Came home and tried apple turnover! It was definitely NOT fresh. From day before or longer. Tasted like tough cardboard.
Save yourself the time AND money. THIS PLACE NOT WORTH IT!!!
Only tried this place cause it was close to where we moved. NEVER AGAIN!
I typically really love other Pam’s Donuts locations but this one in particular is absolutely horrible. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and got yelled at and told to move several times while I was trying to enjoy eating a doughnut with my daughter and friend. They claimed that there wasn’t enough room for other people to move around my wheelchair and they insisted on making us move tables multiple times regardless of the fact that there was of room for people to move around my wheelchair. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life, and will absolutely never come here again. Nothing about this was ok, and even the other customers attempted to tell the owner/employees that there was plenty of room.
I’ve been a loyal customer at Pam’s Donuts for quite some time, but after last Saturday’s experience, I can no longer recommend this place. I ordered my usual bagel sandwich (no mayo, no cheese), and when I took one bite, I felt an intense pain that turned out to be a broken tooth. Within 30 minutes, I was at the dentist and found out that the bagel had not only broken a portion of my tooth’s root but also my jaw, requiring emergency surgery costing $1,200.
This was an incredibly painful and expensive ordeal, and it should never have happened. It’s unacceptable that the quality of their bagels could cause such severe damage. The team at Pam’s Donuts needs to take responsibility for this. Customers come to enjoy food, not to risk dental emergencies and medical bills. Until this establishment takes action to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else, I won’t be returning, and I urge others to think twice before visiting.
Quality and safety should always come first. Unfortunately, Pam’s Donuts fell far short of that expectation.

Bad customer service. In my book, the customer is always right. When putting the lid on my coffee, the styrofoam cup cracked and some of my coffee spilt. I helped to clean up my mess. My cup still had half of its coffee. I wanted to add a little more coffee since it was an accident and the lady tried saying it was my fault that the cup cracked and that I had to buy a new coffee. She gave me attitude for no reason. I would have bought ‘em a new coffee if she did react that way to me. Guess they will be losing me as a customer.
Our absolute favorite donut shop in the area!

Been going to Pam’s donuts since I moved out here, it has its moments, seem to run out of donuts, and notice some can be stale if you don’t get there @7 a.m, well I end up getting some cinnamon rolls, got home as my wife start eating hers, she felt something brush her lip, she looked and found a long piece of blk hair baked into the cinnamon roll, that’s really unacceptable and need to wear a hair net, on that note I’m gonna leave that place alone..nope ..done
