Ordered online. Gave them about 30+ min. to fill my order. I received a text message that my order is ready for pick up. Went there and asked the register for my pick-up order. One of the staff stated that the one of my entree will NOT be ready for another ONE HOUR. What the heck 😂 Went and cancelled my entire order.

I haven’t gone to a Panda Express for about 15 years. The reason was due to the quality of the food and the portion size that was served. I always see a line in the food court here at the Panda Express in Temecula Mall, so I thought that I would give it a try. The server was very nice and accommodating and gave reasonable portions. The food area looked full and clean. Now for the food; NASTY !!! Rice and noodles were overcooked and with little flavor; thank God for soy sauce !!! The orange chicken was over breaded and crunchy; hard. The honey chicken was OK, but very little chicken and lots of vegetables. All in all, now I know why I have not returned in those 15 years and will never return !!! My advice is to go to a real Chinese restaurant and get the Chinese food that is made the proper way. Do not listen to the commercials on the television and ignore the line that you see at the mall; the food is NASTY !!!

On Saturday, April 5, my son ate shrimp and had a serious allergy .. the shrimps were in poor condition and caused my son to have already 3 days with allergy, vomiting and diarrhea! They should be more careful with their food because it became more serious!

I always think that mall food court restaurants are never as good as the locations outside of the mall. However, this place is an exception as the food quality and service are the same.
* Chow Mein: 9/10 - tasty and freshly made * Kung Pao Chicken: 9/10 - a good proportion of meat to veggies
They're located in the ground floor by the Round 1 arcade and the workers are really nice. The line was pretty long, but it moved rather quickly so we didn't mind the wait.
One of our favorite choices at the mall food court! 💗

I use to come here every Tuesday and the food was excellent and big portions. I came today and the new manager was serving very small portions and I felt like I was being scammed paying the same amount and get half of what I used to. Sometimes sellers are thinking that buyers are stupid but we have common sense too and we sometimes smell a scam when we see it.I will give it a try next week and maybe change my review. For the time being it is 1 star

Let me tell you about Austin from Panda Express, He's not just an amazing person he should be a manager but also Austin is a vert genuinely kind-hearted person. When he saw that my son needed new clothes, he went out of his way to make it happen. Austin's willingness to help and his caring nature really shine through. He's the type of person who goes above and beyond for others, and it's truly inspiring.My son is lucky to have someone like Austin in his corner.-Look how happy my son is <3 again thank you for Austin(update)I recently found out Austin got fired from panda express I am truly heart broken please reconsider hiring the boy Austin.

This location is terrible every single time I come here. The staff is rude, they take forever and the place is always dirty. It’s a disgrace that these fast food employees get paid so much to mess around be lazy and not do there job. I ordered my food online so that I could just pick it up and not wait in line. Order went through they processed the payment and I received a text saying my food was ready. I arrive to pick up my food and give my name but somehow the order was never made. They told me that the order just had came through when I arrived.
