They consistently get my online orders wrong or they don't fill the plate/bowl all the way. They also consistently ignore my requests for my online orders, so I have to ask the workers at the register. I get attitude or just outright ignored by the workers regularly.

The manager - damarius or something like that. Girl - DO BETTER. Multiple people stood infront of you and you didnt take their orders or address them at all. What a joke. Finally, a gentleman infront of me started to give his order to you, like you asked him too.... then you started talking to the other lady who was working and didnt even ATTEMPT to make his plate. All of the food was fully stocked infront of us... what are you doing and thinking??? I ended up waiting TEN MINUTES (with only one person infront of me) and I walked away. He waited 15, because 5 minutes later he sat at the table next to mine and had no food. I asked why, he said after 15 minutes you STILL hadn't started his plate. You should be fired immediately, and for you to be a manager??? I watched as others also walked away as they werent being helped. Also - to thos reading, please note i went up to this manager and addressed the issue with hef and she looked at me dumbly like she was surprised someone was actually addressing this with her.
Dont come her. Panda express, fire this woman or retrain her.

Ordered online. Gave them about 30+ min. to fill my order. I received a text message that my order is ready for pick up. Went there and asked the register for my pick-up order. One of the staff stated that the one of my entree will NOT be ready for another ONE HOUR. What the heck 😂 Went and cancelled my entire order.

I haven’t gone to a Panda Express for about 15 years. The reason was due to the quality of the food and the portion size that was served. I always see a line in the food court here at the Panda Express in Temecula Mall, so I thought that I would give it a try. The server was very nice and accommodating and gave reasonable portions. The food area looked full and clean. Now for the food; NASTY !!! Rice and noodles were overcooked and with little flavor; thank God for soy sauce !!! The orange chicken was over breaded and crunchy; hard. The honey chicken was OK, but very little chicken and lots of vegetables. All in all, now I know why I have not returned in those 15 years and will never return !!! My advice is to go to a real Chinese restaurant and get the Chinese food that is made the proper way. Do not listen to the commercials on the television and ignore the line that you see at the mall; the food is NASTY !!!

On Saturday, April 5, my son ate shrimp and had a serious allergy .. the shrimps were in poor condition and caused my son to have already 3 days with allergy, vomiting and diarrhea! They should be more careful with their food because it became more serious!
I always think that mall food court restaurants are never as good as the locations outside of the mall. However, this place is an exception as the food quality and service are the same.
* Chow Mein: 9/10 - tasty and freshly made * Kung Pao Chicken: 9/10 - a good proportion of meat to veggies
They're located in the ground floor by the Round 1 arcade and the workers are really nice. The line was pretty long, but it moved rather quickly so we didn't mind the wait.
One of our favorite choices at the mall food court! 💗
