This location is terrible every single time I come here. The staff is rude, they take forever and the place is always dirty. It’s a disgrace that these fast food employees get paid so much to mess around be lazy and not do there job. I ordered my food online so that I could just pick it up and not wait in line. Order went through they processed the payment and I received a text saying my food was ready. I arrive to pick up my food and give my name but somehow the order was never made. They told me that the order just had came through when I arrived.

Honestly I can’t in good faith write this entire establishment off as bad because of 1 consistently rude and arrogant employee, the management and about 90% of the staff is generally friendly and very helpful. But there’s this one employee who’s short, on the chubbier side and has a mullet who always has the worst attitude and generally speaks in such a rude tone it really turns me off. Me being a customer who CHOOSES to spend my money to eat here doesn’t deserve to be treated this way especially because I’m not rude or Stand offish at all because I treat everyone with respect as a human. I understand everyone has a bad day but EVERY time I come here he always acts this way? I guess I just expected better, but again management and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly which I appreciate.

The worst service I’ve ever had. Boyfriend ordered super greens, double orange chicken, and beef broccoli, said we’d have to wait 4 minutes for super greens. Then he proceeded to skip over us when we weren’t finished ordering and helped two other people before I could get a word in. I ordered teriyaki entree and they had to make more also. 20 minutes and multiple people go by after us, they haven’t even STARTED the super greens or the teriyaki chicken. When we asked about our food the guy working the register SHOOK HIS HEAD at us and turned around to ask about it. This is the same guy who served us and he didn’t even remember the order. Absolutely disrespectful staff. Got a refund after and it was just terrible attitudes from the staff. I hadn’t been rude, but they acted like I’d been a terrible person. Just god awful. I’ve had problems every time I’ve come here, but this time really took the cake.

I don't know where to begin. I was a regular customer until tonight. I came in and ordered two plates to go for me and my wife. While ordering, there was this girl who cut in front of me who apparently is friends with this tall white red headed guy who was distracted and kept talking to her. He was too busy yapping his mouth and not paying attention to what he was serving. I ordered teriyaki chicken and he gave me literally three small pieces of chicken because he wasn't looking at the food. I like the food and place but hiring incompetent workers is what made me give this place a one star and I'm not the one who likes giving negative reviews. I seriously think they need to retrain this person or get rid of him. I didn't catch his name but he's the only tall white guy worker in this restaurant.
