Very authentic flavor on the pizza and the pasta … i wait for mi order 30 minutes but I understand the place is super busy lot of big orders to go … mine was a take out .. and they where on short staff… to be a Friday afternoon…. But I recommend this place if u are camping at Pechanga Resort this is your pizza place …

When I went to go pick up a order for my boyfriends family they told us it would be ready at 7:15 and got their at 7:20ish and food was not ready me and my boyfriend were waiting until 8:06 or 8:20 and I asked if they looked busy and they weren’t and a family that got their a little before us were also waiting on their order.

You can always tell a good pizza if it's good out of the fridge the next morning , this is one of those pizzas

Pizza was absolutely terrible. Mistakes happen young kids working. I flat out got ripped off. Paid over 30 dollars for 1 pizza to have the pizza so burnt the cinter of the pizza chipped away when trying to pull out a slice. There is absolutely no way to justify putting that food out. Happy to send pictures.

Of course the manager "just stepped out too" when I try to get it addressed. I'm told to deal with it basically. No remake offer nothing.

So many other pizza places.. we won't be back.

Just terrible all the way around. Ringing down a good name.

Stopped here on our way up to Julian. It's pretty much the last stop for food before the drive!
This place smelled amazing, it's a take out restaurant but the inside is still cute if ypu decide to eat there, there is also outdoor seating.
We got sandwiches this time. They are great prices for the amount you get. I got the Torpedo, I believe it was called. It was delicious! Wasn't too dry or too soggy, just right and tasted so good.
The girl working the counter was very friendly, we told her we had our dogs waiting for us outside so we couldn't be long, and she made doggy treats for each of them! So cute!!

We will be back again when we are on this side of town!

While on vacation and staying at Pechanga RV Resort, we ended up getting take-out twice from Papa's Pizza Grotto. This place is family owned and really cute inside.The pizza was REALLY flavorful and hand tossed. The pastas, marinara and meat sauces were delicious as well.I would recommend calling in orders directly, or walking in for your order and dining in. While I enjoy using the Slice app back home, this family owned business is just as easily ordered from directly and deserves to keep 100% of their sales.

Food was so good we didn’t get a chance to take a picture!We were pleasantly surprised to have a waitress serving us tonight. As always the food was amazing and the service was great too. The cleanliness is also great!! We had the antipasto salad ? meatball pizza, meatball sandwich ? side meatball and cannoli. I think you get the picture, they have the best meatballs!!

Ordered a Pizza a little while back and was so disappointed in the Dough!! Each slice was like eating a loaf of focaccio bread! The dough was super chewy and greasy! Pizza dough should be the star of the Pie, ? it should be thin, soft and baked to perfection. The ricotta cheese was more like low quality cottage cheese.

This is why!1 star for the food.But everything else sucksIf it wasn’t for the food I’d never go back.They will always mess your order up:- make half of it- not make it at all- make the wrong thing- take up to an hour to make it- give your order to someone elseI’ve ordered 14 timesAnd 14 failsEvery single timeThey fail to make itFail to make the right thingFail to give to the right personFail to give you the correct foodThey just constantly get it wrongThis has been my 2 year14 order experience

My wife Alexa ordered a 16 inch pepperoni pizza for pick up today ! Excellent special! Pizza was great , excellent customer service , will be back !
