I never had any issues with the way our pizzas were prepared until recently. On two separate occasions both pizzas that we ordered came with sparse toppings that were terribly prepared. It's as if you have to ask or beg them to prepare your pizza correctly. How can a pizza with two toppings have a lot of spots where only marinara sauce and busted dough is? I am certain we did not order a large hand tossed pizza with saucy marinara and scanty cheese as the toppings.😆...
It definitely needs renovating and some customer service training. It sucks when the customer has to go inside and get someone's attention especially when someone is just looking at you. Even a, I'll be right with you is cool enough. Now I'm standing there for five minutes to get my online order that's already paid for. They need to serve beer to make it worth it... Everywhere needs to serve beer
