I screwed up my order and luckily the manager resolved the issue. The pizza I ordered was smothered in mushrooms and tasted fantastic. Its just as good cold the next day too. I highly recommend Pizza Hut. ?

Food was prepared very well, it was hot and the female employee (10-5-23, around 2:30pm) was very nice and welcoming.
Ordered the New Yorker online...went to pick up and I saw what i thought was my pizza in the warmer, then the guy said "just a few more minutes". Ok but I didn't see anything in the pizza oven. As it turns out they forgot to add the sausage on my pizza and I saw the manager take the cooked sausage from the oven and put it on top of my already cooked pizza. What?? When the manager gave me my pizza I asked about it, he said the sausage wasn't cooked enough so I wanted to be safe and cook it more cause it was frozen? Ok then wait to cook my pizza! In his defense he offered to make another one or refund my money which he did but why did this happen in the first place? Doesn't really make sense that their sausage is frozen on a Friday night at 9:30?? I didn't want to wait longer that's why I ordered online to pick up. Not sure I'll be back. They have been going down hill more and more each time I go.

It is the typical pizza hut. They do well getting orders out quickly. Never have a problem with waiting. Parking can be difficult with the constant traffic.
