Check Yelp Reviews.. they're very bad. The rating here is very different.My wife and I left a review almost 1 year ago. He was very late and overstayed his welcome at our gathering.He recently replied to the review saying that they've issued a refund. Unfortunately much time has passed and still nothing. I’ve given up on a refund long ago. But unfortunately this dishonesty has led me to revisit this.To summarize,Food was many (3-5?) hours late and we requested drop off but he insisted on serving. He was asked not to set up and to please leave multiple times, yet he remained…. Just feel scammed at this point. Since he stayed and I accepted the food, the cc company wouldn’t give us a refund since we accepted service.We got about 50-75%of what we ordered.With an additional 100% of stuff we didn’t order.Quality of the food was very bad, likely due to the extremely late delivery.(flat tire)We ended up ordering pizza.I spoke to him on the phone once after to try to get a partial refund. Stopped picking up my calls after that first time. Our last communication is his reply in our old review.

Man, Don't believe these reviews. Reviews can be purchased from various websites, and given the professionalism of their website, I'm sure they are tech-savvy. However, It would be nice if their service matched the website. Like many other reviewers, I was impressed with their marketing, but I was unable to get a response up to a week before my event, after many attempts I finally asked Chef Cesar to cancel my contract, and asked for my deposit back, again no answer, in fact, when I went to call again, I realized that I had been blocked. What? You have my money!!! So I went to my bank a reported this company as fraud and was able to recover my deposit. I would suggest if you are not able to get a callback, that you contact your bank and do the same. Please learn from my mistake, research, check out his actual location, actually go visit his references, and I'll bet that you choose another company.

STAY TF AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!! They didn’t pick up the phone on the wedding day and the food never came. So we had to go and pick it up ourselves 5 hours later. They completely ruined the wedding day!!

We hired chef Ceaser to cater our parents 50th anniversary dinner. Our whole family traveled from Utah for the event. We paid for the dinner up front as required by the contract (first mistake). When the day came Chef Ceaser notified us that he wasn't coming (he did so at the time we were supposed to be eating with no advanced warning). It absolutley ruined the event. To add insult to injury he quit responding when we asked to refund our money. I'd recommended to any one looking for a cater to save yourself the heart ache and find someone else more reputable.

Scam. Strings you along to the very last minute with delays and excuses then ultimately no showed a special group celebration. Don't forget to file a complaint with BBB etc.

Destroyed a wedding, took the money but never showed up. Stay away!! Worst experience ever! Will not reply or apologize

This company was contracted to cater food for a wedding party of 25 on 7/9/23 @5pm. 5pm came and went nothing. Called @5:30pm. They stated they said it was set for 7pm. Ok, 7pm came and went no catering. Called multiple times, no answer. So I went down there by 8:30pm. They were barely finishing the meal. I loaded my own vehicle with the food and took it and set it up myself. My friends wedding dinner was almost ruined because of their incompetence. Thanks for nothing!!!

Stay away from these!! They take paid on advance, but never show up!! We waited for more four hours, and had to pick up the food ourself. For a wedding dinner. They never answered the phone!!! They ruined the wedding. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Been to a few events where Precise Catering is doing the catering. OMG delicious, & different from other catering services. the bacon wrap meatball, salmon burger bites. Charcoal chicken parmesan sliders are just a few of the delicious unique menu items they offer.

The chef at precise catering really know what he is doing in the kitchen I have used him a few time for some events and I have never been disappointed with his food. He really takes pride at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone
