This guy is a fraud! He should have a 0!! My sisters wedding was this past Saturday and 4 hours before her wedding he sent her a text saying he would not be delivering her cocktail hour appetizer's or serving her wedding dinner or delivering all linens and table ware that was for 100.00 guest. It was all pre paid for. Such a awful thing to do to someone on there wedding day. We tried to call him email and text and he did not respond and still has not!

Check Yelp Reviews.. they're very bad. The rating here is very different.My wife and I left a review almost 1 year ago. He was very late and overstayed his welcome at our gathering.He recently replied to the review saying that they've issued a refund. Unfortunately much time has passed and still nothing. I’ve given up on a refund long ago. But unfortunately this dishonesty has led me to revisit this.To summarize,Food was many (3-5?) hours late and we requested drop off but he insisted on serving. He was asked not to set up and to please leave multiple times, yet he remained…. Just feel scammed at this point. Since he stayed and I accepted the food, the cc company wouldn’t give us a refund since we accepted service.We got about 50-75%of what we ordered.With an additional 100% of stuff we didn’t order.Quality of the food was very bad, likely due to the extremely late delivery.(flat tire)We ended up ordering pizza.I spoke to him on the phone once after to try to get a partial refund. Stopped picking up my calls after that first time. Our last communication is his reply in our old review.

Man, Don't believe these reviews. Reviews can be purchased from various websites, and given the professionalism of their website, I'm sure they are tech-savvy. However, It would be nice if their service matched the website. Like many other reviewers, I was impressed with their marketing, but I was unable to get a response up to a week before my event, after many attempts I finally asked Chef Cesar to cancel my contract, and asked for my deposit back, again no answer, in fact, when I went to call again, I realized that I had been blocked. What? You have my money!!! So I went to my bank a reported this company as fraud and was able to recover my deposit. I would suggest if you are not able to get a callback, that you contact your bank and do the same. Please learn from my mistake, research, check out his actual location, actually go visit his references, and I'll bet that you choose another company.

My fiancé and I booked Chef Ceasar in April 2023 for our November 2023 wedding. Prior to securing our ~$2300 non-refundable deposit, he was responsive via text and e-mail, friendly, and we had a 4-hour tasting of amazing food. After receiving our non-refundable deposit, we scheduled a time in late April to pick up the remaining food we didn't get to try during our initial tasting. My fiancé, mother in law and I drove 1 hour to meet Chef Caesar and he did not show up, did not answer texts or phone calls. He did drive down and drop off our food, so our concerns were put to rest because he did try and make up for his error in scheduling and communication. Months go by, and we start to try and communicate more in mid-July. We send a series of questions and do not receive a response until September 19th, to which we receive a text that he has been busy during wedding season and "responded to a scam wedding coordinator." At this point we're happy for communication to resume, although the trust is already damaged. We use the opportunity of this resumed contact to schedule a time to meet at our venue, and in writing, Chef Ceasar confirmed he would come to our venue on September 24 at 2PM. Once again, our family drove an hour north to go to the venue, we show up, and he isn't there. He is not answering texts and his phone calls are going straight to voicemail. My fiancé and I are pretty reasonable people who are not easily angered, and now we are pissed. We text him that we're going with a different caterer and want a refund on our deposit. We don't receive any communication until ~4PM the next day, September 25th. Chef Ceasar informs us that he fell very ill on Saturday the 24th, and as he doesn't have health insurance, his friend had to take him to Tijuana for medical treatment. He said he is now feeling "like a million bucks" and wants to give us credit for our *next* event with him, and that this would be a "hot deal" because he only allows exclusive members to book with Precise Catering. A back and forth ensues that I can only describe as erratic on his rapid changes in mood and tone, and I stopped responding after receiving a guilt trip that he might not be able to fill our weekend with new customers. I don't know what this dude's story is, but believe the negative reviews. It's suspicious that many of the 5-star reviews have the same last name as him and I don't trust the validity of his positive reviews after this ridiculous experience. I would rather cater my wedding with Taco Bell than ever give this man any more money. I did report his business to the Better Business Bureau.

We hired chef Ceaser to cater our parents 50th anniversary dinner. Our whole family traveled from Utah for the event. We paid for the dinner up front as required by the contract (first mistake). When the day came Chef Ceaser notified us that he wasn't coming (he did so at the time we were supposed to be eating with no advanced warning). It absolutley ruined the event. To add insult to injury he quit responding when we asked to refund our money. I'd recommended to any one looking for a cater to save yourself the heart ache and find someone else more reputable.

This company was contracted to cater food for a wedding party of 25 on 7/9/23 @5pm. 5pm came and went nothing. Called @5:30pm. They stated they said it was set for 7pm. Ok, 7pm came and went no catering. Called multiple times, no answer. So I went down there by 8:30pm. They were barely finishing the meal. I loaded my own vehicle with the food and took it and set it up myself. My friends wedding dinner was almost ruined because of their incompetence. Thanks for nothing!!!

Very strange interaction with this Chef. Please beware this was Cesar from Precise Catering 10 days before the wedding after paying him $1000 deposit. I Had lots of wonderful conversations and met him in person only to get rude and harassing emails.l just days before our event. Never did he attempt to call and move forward with the contract.
