I ordered 5 beef rolled taquitos and I got 5 fried rolled tortillas with cheese on top!!! No beef!!! Or they put 2 tiny strips of beef!!! They should be ashamed for advertising food that they don’t have and don’t deliver!!!!

Ordered Mas Special items they claimed is 3 dollars off from a sign on their counter. I didn't get any discount and the El Clasico Nachos that was lacking on the steak and cheese. Order was more like bean nachos.

Not coming back. Too expensive for not very good food. Most of all, customer service needs to improve, lady at the front was kind of rude. Save your money, go somewhere else

Came in today, asked for a monster burrito without pico. They and sour cream. They messed up with pico on it came back gave them the burrito. They replaced it with a small burrito instead of a monster burrito told them that it was a monster burrito. They took the small burrito back, opened it up, spread it the meat out and just wrapped another tortilla around it so they tried to get away with giving me a small burrito Instead of a monster burrito. It really isn’t worth saving three strands of corn Asada meat to be dishonest to your customers, your restaurant is not that in need of $10 to steal $10 from a customer. That’s very disappointing. The food was OK but the service is not up to par if you have to steal from your customers and make a monster burrito, a small burrito Very disappointing

PRIMOS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED AND OPERATED. THE NACHOS ARE VERY DELICIOUS. ALL PRIMOS ARE NOT THE SAME. I HAVE EXPERIENCED ANOTHER PRIMOS AND IT IS NOTHING LIKE THIS ONE. THE FOOD TASTE AUTHENTIC AND IT IS BETTER THAN MANY SIT DOWN RESTERAUNTS . THE DINING AREA IS NOT THAT LARGE. HOWEVER THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS.
