Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

First Time ordering Raising Cane’s - seriously never had it before tonight. Tendons throughout chicken fingers (what they’re famous for, right?), which I absolutely hate! Kills my appetite. Fries were ok - little under.

Honestly, this was the first time that I've been to Cane's and didn't like any of my food. The fries, chicken, and toast were all undercooked, and there wasn't a single grain of salt on the fries.

Food was good, but very disappointed getting my soda & literally 90% ice

Good here is AMAZING! The customer service I got from one of the managers though, not soo much. He wasn't very helpful and I asked if I can speak to a manager above him and he told me that there wasn't and he's the only manager. It got to the point where he told me to call corporate and guess what I did.. I called them. Lesson learn here.. treat your customers with respect and do what you can, as a Manager, to problem solve and take care of your loyal customers. Not find an out so easily

Omg, this is the best chicken I've ever had! My husband and grandson loved it too. The reason I tried it was because Snoop Dogg was sponsoring it on The Voice. We look for new places to try around here. And we were amazed. You seriously will not be disappointed. We all got the box combo. And their sauce is amazing.

Generally speaking, other Canes locations are great. The Canes located in Temecula is subpar. I just went through the drive through and had my order cancelled just because I didn’t stop at the 1st window to pay. In my defense, every time I go to this Canes, I never pay at the 1st window to pay. Second, there was no one that I could see standing right in the 1st window for me to provide payment. The gentleman was standing off feet away from the 1st window. I could see that he sarcastically gave the car behind me a thumbs up. I get that there are young teens working here and don’t expect exceptional service from these kids, but it was not necessary to cancel my order entirely because now everybody in line behind me had to wait for an extended time period. This is coming from someone who started working in fast food at the age of 16. I had customers not pay at the 1st window all the time and I never cancelled an order. Also, the fries were not hot.

I got drive Tru but service was 100/100 quick probably took me longer to figure out what I wanted than for them to have my order ready.
