Red Lobster

Have not been to Red Lobster in years as my local one closed. Decided to make the drive and it was great. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. Just as good as I remember. A sentimental journey that's worth it.

Sad to say, but we had a disappointing night at this location. The floor staff were great, but the kitchen only had two cooks, and they were both new. The breadrolls were dry. Food took 45 minutes to come out. My wife's linguini was cold. My lobster duo came with the wrong side order, the rock lobster was fine, but the Maine lobster was garnished with a generous layer of old bay seasoning with ruined the flavor. The manager asked the kitchen to remake the lobster, but it was prepared identically to the first one. The manager compt both meals that went largely uneaten. The cheesecake was good, but it is unlikely that we will return.

Our server was great, food was ok, rice was slightly under cooked. The booth we sat at could have been cleaned better as there were crumbs on the seat and smelled like grease. When our cheddar biscuits came out the plates provided to us were already used as there were crumbs on every plate (they were given to us stacked together so we know it was not due to the crumbs falling from the biscuit basket that was given to us). Server did provide us new plates.

We got the jambalaya, macaroni and cheese and popcorn shrimp for my son, and the jambalaya for my husband. I gave it three stars because the food was good but not great also service was amazing Michelle was awesome a little hiccup with the appetizer but that's okay we were comped for that. We gave Red lobster another try after not going for a long long time and wasn't it this time either we felt like they had went downhill and that's why we hadn't gone in a long time until today to give it another try and we wouldn't go back I think we're done with Red lobster don't get me wrong, the biscuits still on point, but they were smaller, crazy

We ordered delivery through their website, not through some third-party, and did not receive everything we ordered.

We were missing half of the elements of one dish (seaside shrimp trio) and another entire dish (shrimp linguine alfredo). We called them and were hung up on twice (they said the line dropped?). Once we finally got through to the person who works on the takeout orders, she said that they could make the missing elements of the order for us to pick up if we come to Red Lobster to pick them up that evening. However, we had ordered delivery specifically so we wouldn't have to go to the restaurant to pick up the food. I told her we wouldn't be able to make it out there to pick up the food that evening and asked if I could pick it up another day. She said that was fine and that she would leave a note for the other employees so they know to give us the food once we stop by? I asked if we could get a gift card instead but she said we'd have to come there to get it.

A normal restaurant would've just given us a refund for the missing food and perhaps an additional gift card for the inconvenience of not getting 1.5 of the 3 main dishes that we ordered. I don't understand their customer service.

We had a wonderful dinner, shrimp and snow crab....and of course the biscuits! Summer was our server, she was the best! Can't wait to come back again!

Always greeted with a smile right when I walk in here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable on their entire (pretty extensive!) menu that always have wonderful recommendations for both food and drinks that are new to the menu. They keep the entire place from the bar to the bathrooms spotless and give it a great atmosphere. I always leave with a happy tummy and looking forward to the next time I’m going to come back!

We went to the Temecula Restaurant first time there I will say our waitress Marley was Absolutely Amazing. Especially with our party of 12 she was extremely helpful when taking our order. She kept coming to check on us to make sure we didn't need anything.
