I've faced some unfair treatment here. We had a booking and got our table quickly, which was good. But, our food took an hour to come. Other people who came after us got their food quicker and even left. When we asked about our food, our waiter said, "There are 2 orders before you." It didn't make sense because others got their food before us. I won't come back. If you've felt mistreated at other places, you might want to skip this one. The service and food were not good. The only good thing was our nice waiter.-Not to mention that we asked for a kids menu and she brought it, no crayons and it was already colored in. Absolutely ridiculous, the amount of dirty hands that probably touched that and you reuse them? This place needs to be under new management.- You can tell this place doesn't care about bad reviews as they send the same template for every review under 2 stars. What a shame.

Jen is the manager at this Red Lobster and, OHHHHHH BOYYYY! Jen is a dunce, she treats her employees like garbage and doesn't possess ANY leadership capability whatsoever, they just recently hired on a multitude of new employees cutting back old employees hours and causing for a very confused staff, she has directly contributed to the work environment making it very toxic and difficult to work in, sort to say it, but leading to a very lack luster location, Jen is the reason your food is missing, Jen is the reason your food is cold, Jen needs to go

No oysters, no muscles. The food was a bit cold. Unfortunately, Red lobster isn't what it used to be or at least for this location. Not worth the money.

A terrible experience. They were out of several items ordered but they don't tell you until after they bring out the meals. Then you're ordering substitutions while the rest of those meals are getting cold and in one case they were out of the main item so that person ordered something else that didn't arrive to table until others in the party were finished with their meals. Complete lack of leadership.
