Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The front of restaurant was clean and taken care of. But understaffed imo.

A 20 min wait for table. A few parties of two, yet I counted 7 tables empty and clean. I never understood this.

Service, waiter was friendly. But order wasn't accurate, no tomato add onion. So not sure if the waiter input was wrong or cooks not caring.

The food. RR quality has been the companies problem for the last 10 years. Nothing new.

I had a RR tavern double cheeseburger that was like hockey pucks and the chips were cold and stale. I asked for no tomato, add onion. Nope not at RR.

RR would never be my choice to spend money. The person wanted to go, so I followed.

Experienced very bad service here waited 53 minutes for my food and it came out cold it was like it was sitting for a while and wasn’t brought out. Very disappointing had to leave

We have never eaten such terrible food anywhere. The salad looks the same as it tastes. The coffee is cold. The child couldn't even eat half of the burger. We asked to be seated near the window, it was quiet there. All the seats were free. But the waitress said that everything was taken))). I hope this was just our experience. In any case, we tried it, Thank you for having variety

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received today. I initially raised a concern about my additional cheese request, thinking it might not have been the one I requested, and simply asked if the charge could be removed. The manager kindly confirmed that it was correct but still chose to remove all charges except for my wine as a courtesy, especially given that our wait time was a bit longer than usual.

I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture and made sure to leave a tip equal to the amount that was credited. It was never my intention to receive a complimentary meal, and I believe that kind and attentive service like this should be recognized and rewarded.

Had dinner with friends to celebrate my belated birthday since it was at the promenade. While the food wasn't terrible, it wasn't great either but it was busy and seemed rushed. However, our server was super fantastic, attentive, and fun. The atmosphere was very loud and overstimulating but that's to be kinda expected for the venue, just not autism friendly.

Wasn't going to eat fries but couldn't resist because of the yummy dipping sauce. Staff was terrific.

The food was amazing, but our waitress messed up our orders and often forgot about our table. Luckily, there were other staff on hand that were able to help us.

Kid-friendliness: They have balloons in the front for kids to take on their way out the door.

I'm confused. I paid $18.00 for a burger served cold. Ingredients low quality..server kept forgetting everyones request. How is this place still open? Expensive garbage food..carbs, grease.
I've had better frozen dinners.

We love the unlimited fries or salad with our burgers. Campfire sauce is the bomb!
