Had dinner with friends to celebrate my belated birthday since it was at the promenade. While the food wasn't terrible, it wasn't great either but it was busy and seemed rushed. However, our server was super fantastic, attentive, and fun. The atmosphere was very loud and overstimulating but that's to be kinda expected for the venue, just not autism friendly.

The food was amazing, but our waitress messed up our orders and often forgot about our table. Luckily, there were other staff on hand that were able to help us.

Kid-friendliness: They have balloons in the front for kids to take on their way out the door.

I'm confused. I paid $18.00 for a burger served cold. Ingredients low quality..server kept forgetting everyones request. How is this place still open? Expensive garbage food..carbs, grease.
I've had better frozen dinners.

We love the unlimited fries or salad with our burgers. Campfire sauce is the bomb!

I always love going to Red Robin for my avocabo salad and peach tea. This location in Temecula has the best customer service and everyone is always so friendly. I went today by myself for the first time without kids and was able to sit and eat and quietly read a book. The staff is super attentive and strive to make sure your meal is delicious and as expected. The managers walk around pretty frequently to make sure everything is running smoothly and take any customer concerns seriously. Love this place!

Parking: Parking is your typical mall parking lot. Get there early and you won't have much difficulty finding a spot.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with a dual ended crayon to keep kiddos busy

Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors that open to easily accessible Floorplan. Floors are nice and smooth with no sharp turns. Easy access to restroom area as well.

I ordered blackened salmon and while eating it found a huge worm in the fish. This is absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed about their lack of quality control both at the vendor and in house. I will never order any food from them again. If you like worms in your food go ahead and eat at Red Robin

This place is the best restaurant in the Inland Empire. The bartender Kaleb is exceptional. I couldn’t be more impressed with the way they treat their customers. I spoke with the outstanding manager (Josh) and said thank you for the way Josh manages his employees.
