Update: emailed their support. Gave them more detailed information. Never got a response back. Clearly they are okay with the service they are giving and the treatment of their customers.I been to this red Robin twice. First time wasn't great either. Over cooked apps and very little attentive service. Yes we went in expectations of the location being busy. Spoke with the manager expressed the issues we had. 2nd visit was on Sunday 3-24-24. We went in before it got to busy. We were sat down and we were received quickly. That where the service stopped being good. Placed our order and that took a while. The fries and burger weren't even warm to me. After deceiving our food we didn't see the server for a while. They checked on all the tables around us but avoided us. Then we asked for to go containers and that took a while and also requested more fries. We paid while waiting on those. It took over 10 mins. We are done with this location. 2 times bad services. Also one of the people that served us was a manager. I can see why service lacking.

Their salads are usually good here. This visit was not. The shrimp was over cooked and greasy. Same with the chips it came with. I couldn't eat it. Waitresses weren't too attentive. They kept forgetting our napkins and took forever with items when it wasn't packed at all. I don't think I'll go back anytime soon. Sidenote, the Bloody Mary was real good.

In a nutshell, the Special Olympics fundraiser at Red Robin Temecula was a smashing success! The event brought the community together to support a great cause while savoring the scrumptious Crispy Fish Sandwich. ??A round of applause to Red Robin and the generous patrons who made it all possible. Delicious. Everytime I go there the burger is cooked beautifully and tastes heavenly. ?
Told us it would be a 20-30 minutes wait to be seated. They took our name and number. We told them we would sit outside right infront, since they had people sitting on the chairs. Why was there 4 parties greater than 5 get seated before us. We thought maybe they had already put their names down and was waiting just like us. NOPE. They said that they had called the number, which I NEVER recieved a call during our cold wait outside. It was my daughter's birthday and she said she was not in the mood anymore to eat. I will not be coming back to this establishment just be uase of the Host/Hostesses act of LAZINESS of not calling us especially knowing we was sitting right outside INFRONT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT!
