It was a cute little place and the fries and salad were good, just wish there was more fans on a hot day like today
New member here… absolutely love the lLaRosa!!! My FAVORITE! That LaRosa and hospitality is what made me decide to be a member. My go to food order is the R & R pizza and the bruschetta. To die for!!! Today we booked a 16 .passenger party bus to celebrate a friend’s birthday and of course top spot is my Robert Renzoni! Austin was the perfect hostess on our experience. We decided to order some to go food and unfortunately Lizzie was having a bad day. Very rude to my party. So much so. I went to ask her name and did a quiet complaint to the ladies at the facility. Only because she said they are separate, I will post here.Hopefully we won’t be running into her again. It is the amazing customer service that put this place on the map. Looking forward yo the next visit…minus Lizzie!!
We’ve been loyal members of Robert Renzoni Vineyards since the very beginning and have always enjoyed bringing friends and family to share in the experience. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, we encountered a situation that has left us deeply disappointed.
This past weekend, we were visiting with a group of friends to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. There were about 12 of us in total, including three separate wine club members. We enjoyed our tastings without issue, and since the restaurant wasn’t busy, we were seated quickly. We ordered quite a bit of food and additional wine and had a wonderful time during our meal.
Afterward, we decided to move into the member lounge to escape the heat. At the time, the lounge was practically empty—only one other couple was present—so we didn’t anticipate a problem, especially since our group included multiple active members.
However, after ordering more wine in the lounge, we were informed that our group was too large and would need to leave due to a policy limiting groups to six people. While we understand and respect that policies are in place, the way this was handled by staff was surprisingly unfriendly and dismissive. We tried to explain that we were three member parties, but the response lacked flexibility or courtesy.
As a result, we made the difficult decision to cancel our long-standing membership, and the other member couples with us did the same. It's truly unfortunate, but we prefer to support a winery that values and respects its members, particularly those who have supported it from the very beginning.
We wanted to share this feedback not to be confrontational, but in hopes that it can be received constructively.
The quantity of the wine tasting is very limited but overall a good experience
Wow. Just wow. Service is incredible. Food is excellent. Wine is divine. Ambiance is heavenly. Highly recommended!!
I’ve been to a lot of wineries in Temecula with living out here, but Robert Renzoni really stands out for how accommodating and genuine the staff are. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a welcomed guest, not just another customer. Everyone from the host at the front to the folks pouring behind the counter goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They don’t rush you, they answer your questions without sounding rehearsed, and they really seem to love what they do. That energy makes a big difference.
The wine is excellent. Whether you’re into bold reds or lighter whites, their selection hits across the board. Their Super Tuscan blends and Sangiovese are especially solid smooth, layered, and something you’ll want to take home. It’s clear they take pride in the process and keep the quality high.
What really ties it all together is the location. The winery sits up on a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. You get the feeling you’re somewhere special, not just another stop in wine country. It’s relaxed, beautiful, and a perfect place to slow down.
Robert Renzoni is the kind of spot you go back to not just for the wine, but for how it makes you feel while you’re there.
Good wine 🍷, nice place to visit with good company!
Atmosphere is excellent. Live music sometimes. Servers are very attentive. The sangria is worth it! Highly recommend.
We have been members off and off for years, but we will never renew our membership. Let me begin by stating the positives. The wine is good, and the food is excellent. Now the bad. They don't have any food waiters. This is a big hassle for members, because you are corralled behind gates, which means that to order food you must walk through the building and all the way around the front of the place. You then have to return the same way, but this time you need to put in a code to get back to your members area. Keep in mind that where you order food is just 10-feet away from your members area behind gates, so it's really frustrating. Particularly, for those of us that also drink beer, which means that every time you want another beer, you need to walk all the way around and wait in a potentially a long line. Next, twice we went to visit the winery, only to find out that they were closed. Keep in mind that their website said nothing about them being closed. The bottom line is that there are much better choices for wineries in Temecular.
Nice enough staff in the tasting room - but a little pushy on sales. However, there were entirely unserious people in their restaurant.
Heads up for anyone going - they’ll share waiting time for seating. Ours was 1.5 hours. After we got in, there was a separate line to wait in to order on the inside (as opposed to waiters) and after waiting in that line (~15-20min) they informed us there was another hour wait for food. At this point 100-130 minutes into waiting for food, they are effectively give you the choice to commit to another hour or leave. I think many people feel stuck after waiting so long, but they would not have initially agreed to wait for 3 hours to get food.
All in, it’s clearly a deceptive practice that they use to sell more wine to you while you wait. As for the food itself, it was fine. Not terrible, but nothing to go out of your way for.
For anyone going for a wine tasting, I’d recommend getting on the food waitlist before your tasting and use the tasting to kill time until seated. Even still, be prepared for a wait.

My favorite place to go for a bite to eat and a bottle of wine. Specifically the Moscato Asti. Simply Amazing.
Another great meal with a great Malbec. Sitting on the patio with our dog and checking out the view while dining was a fantastic afternoon.
