Rollin' with the Homies

Much better than Starbucks! If you don't want to wait in a long line for 50+ minutes, but also want coffee, this is a great place to get it (I came in at around 6:30pm on a Saturday.) They don't have as many options, but the ones they do have aren't too sweet nor too bitter. I tried the Mocha today and I personally loved it. I could still taste the coffee, and the chocolate didn't overpower it.

I have noticed the owner responding to previous comments about rude service from the employees, mentioning additional training, but clearly, things aren't improving. My four children visited this past Friday evening (5/24/24) around 7 p.m. to get ice cream. The workers ignored them while taking other orders, were slow and unfriendly when finally taking their orders, and ultimately got the orders wrong. When our 17-year-old daughter pointed this out, the staff were belligerent and rude.

When she mentioned that two of the orders were incorrect, they ignored her and then rudely told our 13-year-old son, "THIS IS YOUR ORDER," in a loud, angry voice, despite him repeatedly saying that it wasn't what he had ordered. Our son was distraught by the way he was treated. It is completely inappropriate to speak to any customer in such a manner, especially a young one.

Our family and friends love trying new ice cream places, but we will not be returning to this establishment. Many other reviewers have highlighted this issue multiple times, but I don't believe real change is happening in employee training or customer relations. The business either needs to hire new employees, adjust the incentive structure to reward good service, or revamp the training program, as the current policies and training are clearly not effective.

Ice cream was good, but I was appalled at the service. They made the wrong ice cream for my brother and when we told them that he didn’t order s’mores flavor, they just looked at us for a second, and then ignored us. I thought they would start working on his correct order, but they didn’t. After several minutes My brother went up and asked about his ice cream. They again, ignored him. Then a man who looked to be the general manager, looked my little brother in the eye, pointed to the INCORRECT ORDER that they had made, and said “that’s your order.” In a very rude tone. My little brother is very shy so he just took the wrong ice cream flavor and we left. I am appalled at the fact that they ignored us, and then made my brother get a flavor he didn’t even want, despite us telling them multiple times that he didn’t order s’mores flavor. I was planning to pay for the trouble of having to make a new one but after how rude they were my family will not ever return.

Store was nasty, the person working didn’t even greet or acknowledge. Place needs an attitude adjustment and deep clean. Walked out before ordering it was so bad

Ok the people complaining about the long waits do not understand how this ice cream is made. Its not the same as cold stone even though the mix process is similar. Rolled ice cream takes around 5 to 8 minutes no matter what per order. So if one person is working and you order 4 its going to take 20 to 30 minutes.They only way they could potentially prep in advance would be to limit the base to certain flavors and prep them early but that removes the whole point and concept of rolled ice cream.

Went in with my Fiance, as we walked in the place smelled of a distinct odor as if they've been hitting a wax pen all day. The shop was empty at the time of my visit and when we walked in they were standing around talking which I have no problem with but as my fiance was ordering, the worker was rushing her to order quickly and had all his attention focused on the back room containing who I assume to be the owner and her small children. The ice cream was a bit too hard for my fiance's liking but I thought it was alright. Overall good rolled ice cream, if you can get pass the wax pen smell and rude service.

Good ice cream place! I enjoy coming here for a quick break from playing DDR. Staff is friendly and all of the menu items I’ve tried have tasted great! An essential shop to stop by if you’re in the mall.

Today I went to go buy icecream with my kids and it smelt like pee, a bad odor , they took long to attend, they went to the back and had a whole conversation. They took long to make my icecream as well, and they only put one strawberry, one berry and one rasberry. my icecream didn’t taste like anything it had no flavor And they were being rude. I gave tip but I regret it now .

Amazing! I told the guy that it was my first time and I ordered the Very Bery and my gosh. Did showed me how to REALLY do it. For sure coming back!

Went in for 3 Oreo ice creams took them 30 mins.on top of that they forgot one of our ice creams so we had to wait an extra 10 mins for them to make it. The kids making the ice cream kept talking and talking and talking. Honestly save your money take your kids to michoacana instead..
