sat down 1-1-23 12:15pst current: still here at time of writing review service here is awful, we have been here for over 2 hours now and still are currently here. they lied about the menu items and served someone with gluten allergy pasta with 2 different kinds of noodles in it, he is allergic and will be sick from this. the kitchen staff (cooks) is awful, and very disrespectful and yelled at a customer when she confronted them about a food allergy. our servers and the manager were great but the kitchen is horrible, only reason i'm writing this is for the desert and so the management knows that changes need to be made
I watched 3 quarters of a football game and in all that time my food never showed up. I don't blame my bartender, waiter / busy boy. I watched this guy run all over the restaurant. I am sure they will use the "no one wants to
The food & atmosphere was fantastic. We went for Thanksgiving dinner (yes, I realize it's a super busy time to go). However... when an establishment knows its going to be busy, it is their responsibility to plan accordingly. With that being said, we had a 5:45 reservation. We were on time and were told there would be at least a 30 minute wait. That's understandable and acceptable considering it's the holiday. What is NOT acceptable is the amount of time it took to have a server actually acknowledge our presence - and this only happened once we were finally able to get a managers attention.Unfortunately, it still took another five minutes to have someone take our drink orders. They did accommodate us with free soup & salads but as first time guests, our experience was not great.
Katelyn accommodated my family of 10 on Christmas with a great attitude and a helpful demeanor. I appreciate her attentive service, and the bruschetta was delicious. Note: be sure to ask for bread, which is provided upon request now.
Arrived right at our reservation time, 5:30, we were quickly sat . Place was very busy- server was Emily , who was awesome. She told us right up front , cooks were behind, and food would be slow. We appreciated that, and put our order in. Right way. Appetizer and drinks came reasonable time. Dinners were a little delayed, but nothing to get upset about. Total time was two hours . Canât same for the rest of us.. larger parties were not happy, long waits for sure. Our three of our dinners were very good.
Our server admittedly told us she was new when she had brought out a buffalo chicken sandwich instead of a buffalo chicken parmesan dinner. She was unaware that they had 3 different chicken buffalo chicken entrees on their menu and put in the first one that she found on their entree screen, even though we mentioned to her that we were getting one buffalo and one regular chicken parmesan entrees. Even though she had made an error, our remake food order was out at the end of the cue, that we waited at least an hour for our food and we're there 2.5 hrs. When we had arrived at the restaurant, there were only a half dozen tables seated, by the time we received our food, they were very busy. I went to the ladies room when we arrived and before leaving and both times the trash was overflowing. The men's one stall was out of toilet paper, so both needed cleaning. Despite the shortcomings on Christmas dinner, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly.
We drive all the way from San Diego for their chicken Parmesan with arrabiata sauce. So good.
Short staffed, 90 minutes to get our food.
We had lunch and found Dana to be friendly, attentive and had great service. The food was delicious and priced right. we enjoyed our lunch and would recommend Romano's for a great meal and excellent service.
The Macaroni Grill in Temecula did not disappoint. The rosemary bread was warm fresh out of the oven, so good. I did miss the balsamic vinegar with my olive oil for dipping my bread. For appetizers we enjoyed the Crispy Fresh Mozzarella and the Signature Mac + Cheese Bites. Antipasti were great. For our mains we ordered the Penne Rustica and the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken salad. The Penne Rustica has changed but still good. The parm-chicken salad was tasty and filling. Prices were fair considering inflation. Service was attentive and friendly. We did not order any drinks other than water and iced tea b/c we had been wine tasting earlier. We will be returning the next time we visit Temecula. Thank you.
Super nice! And you can draw on the tables!!!!!! Food AMAZING! They have gluten-free noodles! Employees were super nice!
A group of us went on Saturday at 12:30 PM. At this time this restaurant should have been full. It is right near the mall and it was empty. I hesitated but someone in our group said "Everywhere else is full and a long wait, let's just eat here." I should have known that it was empty for a reason. Food was really bad. I sent my food back because it was not fully cooked. No one else would send theirs back because they were afraid someone would spit in it. No one in our group ate even half of their food. How can they serve this? Management has got to know that there is a problem when they see the majority of their tables are empty, and yet they continue doing it.
Great food and ambiance. Perfect for a Date Night
We were greeted promptly and quickly seated as we had reservations for a Sunday evening. Not too busy so I’m sure walk in would have been the same. Our server Madi was very attentive and cheerful. We ordered a variety of things including appetizers, steak and pasta dishes. Food was delightful and what you would expect from a chain restaurant, nothing too fancy but hit the spot. Our only complaint is we wish our dishes were hotter, wasn’t cold just not fresh hot out the oven like we like.
Great meal, great service in a semi quiet atmosphere
