I am Mexican and I can tell state that you will not find anything in this menu to exist in Mexico but it's still very decent and a fun family friendly place to go to, plus it's still very affordable.***ATTN people with nut allergies, this place serves a delicious chocolate cake that contains walnut, and this is not labeled at all. There is no warning whatsoever either from the people at the register or the kitchen, I almost gave my daughter a bite and she is allergic.It's a good place for a quick meal, not for a leasurely outing , since it's usually very loud.Dietary restrictions: Like I mentioned in my review, there is no warning for nuts contained in their chocolate and carrot cakes and this is something to be taken more seriously as peanut and tree nut allergies can be life threatening.

I've been coming to Rosa's Tortilla Factory since I first arrived in Temecula in 2005. We've since (sadly) moved away, but it's nice to see, on our return visits, that Rosa's is still largely unchanged. For anyone interested in Baja cuisine, be aware that Rosa's is more of the Tex Mex style of Mexican food. It's a small step up from fast food, though infinitely more authentic than something like Taco Bell or Del Taco. The main attraction for me are their cheese enchiladas, tamales, and of course, the freshly made tortillas which are out of this world good. Generally, any combination plate ordered comes with two of the homemade tortillas, or they may be ordered separately. The ground beef can be a bit bland, ditto the shredded chicken in fare like their regular crunchy tacos. I usually order the two cheese enchilada plate and a pork tamale and am usually on the edge of requiring medical assistance to exit the building upon completion of said meal. Their salsa bar is also pretty solid. Be aware, the chile de arbol salsa is labeled HOT for very good reason, but if you need to spot weld your tongue to your fork, it gets the job done.

I probably rated roses 20 times from all The Times that I've been there and we are never disappointed. We got there late in the evening they were just about to close. They served us up everything. We ordered the atmosphere was great. I mean, it's, it's almost borderline Fast food/sit down restaurant. But this one really scores high in my book, because it's excellent every time we've been.

The taco Tuesday plate can’t be beat on their food is wonderful. They just don’t have Chile Rellanos, but everything that I have had here is terrific; and they have a good assortment of beer & cake!

First timer Found off a video on ig So it is a restaurant but you order your food at the counter then they call your number and you get your food so there's no waiters We did come on a Tuesday so taco Tuesday not sure if that's why it was so busy but it was super packed and crowded inside Me and my hubby had to eat outside The food did come out quickly and they have a salsa bar Food was delicious my order was wrong I had ordered there sour cream enchiladas and I got green chili ones they were still delicious
