Poop in shrimp. Customer service was great but I can't eat my food now because I'm disgusted. I haven't tried them for a long time because I felt with my last visit that they've gone downhill and this is just confirmation I won't be coming back probably ever again I'm gagging.

YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE BLOCKING THE DOOR AT 8:30 PM causing you to lose business in when you CLOSE AT 9pm! Check that young girl on the cameras Feb 13, 2024 at 8:30. Blocking the door with a grey large trash bin. How do they expect to get paid when they are blocking customers from coming in before closing? Unless this is how you run your business. I'd fire people.

Tonight is February 5 at 5 pm. This is unbelievable, I love Rubio's and was a former manager in the past, I was dreading to write a review but I had to get this out because this location has been bad on multiple occasions. it started when I walked in and wasn't greeted, I had to say hello twice to get the managers attention, they he just hands me my bag and walks away, I'm like is everything there, but I was ignored, I decided I didn't care because I had to check everything like always because it is literally never right, which is why i never ever order online here.I asked for 12 green salsas for 3 burritos (which is the online limit) but only got 6, not only that but they were a 1/4 full so I had to redo all my salsa, on top of that they were on top of my chips smashing them and leaking because one wasn't closed all the way.I was actually going to give 2 or 3 stars until I got home and saw my burritos. They were all half the size or less, what happened!! The bean burrito which is $9 or more btw was way smaller than taco bells!! On top of that ,my burrito didn't have any beans!! Nothing was customized on my burrito. This is unacceptable and inexcusable and this was just this visit, I don't think I'm coming back here anymore.

I was so excited to eat one of my favorite salads from Rubios but I ended up getting really sick from it. So disappointed :( the service was fast tho

Rubio's just isn't the same from what I remembered. The prices are decent and food was decent. The fish tacos were okay, it wasn't as good as I remembered from a couple years ago. I thought the food would've been a lot cheaper for Taco Tuesday. Service was decent. I had to wait a bit, but it wasn't too bad. I will probably just go to other places for Taco Tuesday.

I ordered the mango mahi mahi taco plate. I customized my order to flour tortillas and received corn. I was annoyed by this point but whatever. I then bit into the second taco and realized it felt tough. I look and it's raw. Now I'm worried the first one I ate wasn't cooked all the way either. I'm so disgusted.
I was not planning on stopping in today, but I saw the sign from the road and decided to get one of my favorite tacos, al-a-carte.The building was very clean, and well taken care of. Window sills, table tops, self-serve drink counter and salsa bar... this crew is on top of it. The employee that took my order was polite and friendly, with a positive attitude, as well as the manager that placed my food on the counter and called my name. Napkins were given in my to-go bag, and I was allowed time to place my salsa cups into the bag before walking out to the car. Come visit this place. I recommend the Fish Taco Especial, and usually opt for the 2 taco plate that comes with beans and rice.... but wasn't too hungry today and got a single taco for $5. If you think it's too much, you haven't tried it. Squeeze of lime, topped with Roasted salsa, and you're ready to go. Thanks, Rubios!

I hate to write a review that isn't complimentary, but this particular location has maintained a lengthy track record of serving stone cold food. This is an amazing concept. Who doesn't like fish tacos? I just don't understand why, if you wait for the food to be prepared, the food arrives to our table cold.
