This pizza is probably the worst I've had. Pizza sauce was ketchup like. Service was fine, place is clean, but I've definitely had better frozen pizza. I would rather go to Pizza Factory, which isn't great in my opinion.

What good are numbers when servers give the pizzas to orders with largest customer. People of 2 seniors. First come first serve whether kids or not. Service very poor and chaotic

Enjoyed the Lunch Buffey today with work friends. Food was hot and fresh. Dawn was super attentive and checked in on us a couple times. Devon also stopped by to check on us and help clear the table. We will definitely be back.
GREAT SERVICE! The most polite and attentive staff anywhere. Everyone was so welcoming and the atmosphere was so pleasant that I'll definitely return. It had been years since I had been to Shakeys. Loved every minute of it! Thank you.

My husband and I had a great Bunch of Lunch today. Food was hot, fresh and always enough. Devin was amazing clearing the tables, asking if we ever needed anything, and making sure the dining room was always clean. We will definitely be back!

I don't think I've been to a Shakey's since I was a kid! Found this one here in Temecula and decided to take the kids for a novel pizza to try. The place is decent, relatively clean, welcoming and very pleasant staff. The pizza wasn't bad, but not the best I've had. The bread and sauce good, but the cheese had that slight rubber-y texture. I'm sure some people like that but not my style. Both kids liked it.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. I placed a takeout order October 6 and ordered a LARGE PCM. When I arrived home to feed my children, it was quite upsetting finding I only received less than HALF an order of mojos and burnt chicken. Had to drive back and inquire about this. Spending almost $100 on some pizza, chicken, and fries should not even come close to what I received. Wasn’t even enough to feed my children. If you dislike working here, then quit. Hire decent humans and have better service. Paying customers don’t have to drive back and forth and waste time to get what they actually paid for.
