My husband went to Shakey’s to pick up two large pizzas for his work party. They were very busy, but Dawn went above and beyond on a busy NFL Sunday. She was handling technical issues and a lot of customers, yet still did an excellent job. Truly appreciated her hard work and dedication!

My Mo Jo potatoes were so over cooked and dried out and hard there was no potato left inside but at least they remade them. Redlands makes them the best.

My wife enjoyed the bunch of lunch on Friday, 8-29-25. The staff was great and welcoming as soon as we entered. The food was fresh, hot and good. One staff member, Devin, stood out. He was busy the entire time we were there, bussing tables and cleaning. He took time to greet customers, check to see if anyone needed anything and made sure to than thank those for coming as they left. A big thanks to Devin for making us feel welcomed!

Great place! Dawn and Madi went above and beyond! Friendly fast service with a smile. Best Shakey’s I’ve been to. The food was hot and the salads great too. Brian was very helpful at the table with my two busy kids.😀game room was a great bonus! Kids enjoyed their time here as did I very much. Will definitely come back again and again.

We came here with a party of 16 (10 adults and 6 kids) to celebrate a soccer championship and had a great experience! 🎉 The food was delicious and fresh, and the customer service was excellent—everyone was super friendly and accommodating, even with such a large group. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the game area is very small, which made it a little tough for all the kids to enjoy at the same time. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
