I love it here because of their buffet option from 11-2 every day. Food is great, customer service is ok, everyone is usually nice and come by the table once in a while to see if we need anything and to clean out our table. The arcade is a little small though and most of the time they have 1 or 2 games that aren't working.

It was very busy and they were behind on making fresh pizzas and everything. Walked in after two LARGE sports teams so the place was a bit of a wreck. The staff did their best to clean up and keep up.

Went for the buffet and most of the food was fresh looking and tasted good other dishes not so wonderful and the mixed salad had a lot of wilted and discolored. And this didn't make sense because there was plenty of staff cleaning just not so much to food and what should be either stirred or just taken out. We really enjoy coming here it's just disappointing when I personally feel if the attention to the food first and then the tables and eating idk I'm not the manager but I would rather have someone complain about a table being dirty rather than someone getting sick because of food not being attended to by the staff because it sat out too long.
There is something unique and delicious about the crust of Shakeys pizza that is unlike any other. It is not the least bit greasy, has a nice crisp to it and it's addictive.

Visited with the family on august 16th and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. And couldn’t be more satisfied. Will be returning again. Also very clean and the bathrooms were clean as well.
