The food was cold and the guacamole was old, black and tasted bad. My son went to get a burrito and taquitos for lunch. The food was cold but that was okay. However the guacamole was black and tasted bad. He ate some but I stopped him and then called the restaurant. The manager said it wasn't true and all their food is fresh everyday and the freshness makes the food cold. She also said the guacamole is fresh everyday too and I was wrong. She got mad and hung up on me. I don't want a refund or the food again. I simply wanted to let them know to be careful with the food they are serving because if somebody gets sick there could be a health issue. I went back to the restaurant because she hung up on me and again she yelled saying she already told me the food was fresh. Should this be reported to the health department or another agency? Not good food, not good customer service and not the way to treat a long time repeat customer. She wouldn't give me her name but I took a picture of her. I could not find a corporate office number to report this incident to.
