The night before Valentine's Day, I had to get my kiddo a little gift for his Valentine. I found a cute box of candy and a chocolate rose for less than $2. If you are ballin' on a budget, Winco may be a great place for you to go grocery shopping. I have found some pretty good deals here with the green tag/clearance prices (picture) throughout the year or near/on holidays. This is an employee owned company and so far, I've experienced friendly workers. The store is fairly clean and organized. Winco has most of the grocery items I need at fair or affordable prices. In addition, I love that this place is usually open 24/7 or late night. The only caveat, if you usually use credit cards, is that they only accept cash or debit.

Very sad because this place was my go to for shopping the last few months. People are nice there etc. BUT I recently bought some of the dry goods. Specifically the goji berries and there was a pubic hair in it. Mind you, I found out by having grabbed a handful to eat and thankfully had seen it as I was about to eat it. I almost threw up. Maybe people can't be trusted with open food anymore and need a different way to package this. I'll still shop here for other items but this was a disgusting experience. Not their fault but open items and public these days. Maybe treat it like the deli area to keep this from happening again to someone else.

Such a huge store and the food barrels are always full. A lot of selection and very helpful employees. The cashiers always greet customers. Good value better than Albertsons price wise.

We love this supermarket. The prices are affordable and the store is always clean. We just purchased all of our ingredients for the making of a large pot of gumbo. We had crab legs, shrimps, sausage, and all of the fixings for $103 dollars. Normally the cost is $200

Awesome place for your grocery needs! The store is very spacious and they have almost everything you could possibly need. Everything is labeled on the signs of each aisle so it's simple to locate the ingredients you need. The place itself is a bit old and outdated, but quite clean which I liked. We needed meat and seafood and were really glad with the selection that they had. The prices were very affordable considering the quality of the meat! I almost didn't interact with any workers, but someone finally asked if I needed help. I really appreciated it because it was my first time there and I was looking for the milk. There were so many registers that were opened so we were able to quickly checkout. Overall, really great and I plan on returning again for my next grocery store run!

I was stopped outside of store for shoplifting on Veterans Day and being a Viet Nam veteran it was q uitee embarrassing as I had my receipts and proved to Jerry I did not shoplift and called the store manager and was a waste of time. After 25 years of shopping at this store I ask all veterans to not shop there

I don't recommend this store at all. My teenager was wrongly accused of stealing an item. Three of their loss prevention employees HARRASSED AND PATTED DOWN my son who is a minor OUTSIDE their store without any adult present. All 3 personnels were disrespectful and forced my son to empty out his pockets. They didn't find anything on my son but made my son feel guilty for something he didn't do. My son was traumatized. STOP SHOPPING AT WINCO ESPECIALLY WITH YOUR CHILDREN!!

This is my go-to place for groceries, at least once a week. You won't beat their prices especially on pantry staples and produce. The deli meats are excellent for sandwiches and very reasonable as opposed to deli's in other supermarkets. My favorite corner however is the bulk section, where you'll find anything you need in whatever amount you want to buy. I replenish my spice rack from their selections every November as I can afford to buy just what I need as opposed to a jar of a well known brand that costs 3 times as much and that I won't use all of. Then I am ready with fresh spices every year for holiday baking. I've even gifted young brides a set of common spices from their selections, as they have the containers for them as well.

Great store for getting your money's worth. Huge Parking Lot Super Wide Aisles and High Ceilings A huge store with multiple varieties of cheese, Asian sauces, ice cream, meats, seafood, & beer at rock bottom prices. Sushi Section - Mostly California rolls with Fake Crab (surimi), at least they've got Spicy Mayo, Wasabi & Eel Sauce @ $5.98 There's Squaw Bread loaves & rolls from the Cheesecake Factory in the Bakery Section. Sliced (RED) Roast Beef @ $7.98#. ($14.98 @Von's.) Lots of check stands with friendly clerks to get your groceries out the door.

I've always loved winco, pricing is unbeatable. But the last few times I went had me worried. The strawberries and the blackberries were all moldy. Every pack, and they were just letting people continue to buy them and had a worker stocking up more produce on the aisle. I got grapes from another section which I thought were fine but they were also molded after two days in my fridge. In the snack aisle I was checking expiration dates before putting them in my cart and more than half of the items on the shelves were already expired. I also went for something specific in the freezer aisle, they were all out which made me sad. I bought eggs from there and they gave a family member food poisoning the next two days after eating them. Some items also have a wic label but when I scan them it says it is not wic authorized. I will still go here but ill just probably have to skip on any fresh items like produce, meat, etc. And ill have to be careful and aware of the expiration dates on even things like long lasting boxed items. The workers who run the checkout stands are always suuuper friendly. Not so much the ones who walk around and stock and be careful for those walking with large brooms because they will not stop for you or try to go around you lol.

Racist woman who man's the self checkout profiled my boyfriend and I today. Only ones at self checkout and she stand directly behind us watching our every move. She decided to smirk and laugh when my boyfriend looked back at her. I thought maybe she would redeem herself and tell us to have a nice day but we were completely ignored when walking out and no one was around. She was a little over 5ft tall with grey hair and white. It was in a ponytail today.

My best friend has cancer so she is on a vegetarian diet. How can I give her meat without giving her meat. That's right hibiscus flowers ! I can make her Vegan street tacos made with hibiscus flowers. First boil them and make a delicious drink then marinate them ! Where can I get hibiscus flowers in bulk ? Winco has stuff in bulk. Ran into see if they had it and sure Enough they did ! Came home made delicious hibiscus drink, and Street Vegan hibiscus tacos ! She loved them ! Just in case you were wondering . They also have wine from the local wineries cheaper than the wineries just a little money saving tip ! Thanks, Winco!

Today me and husband buying food for dinner and we left our cart in the aisle where we are just browsing lane housewares area and next thing we know our cart is gone and foods are on top of the bottles. People who got nothing to do they think this is funny well it's not. Winco manager or supervisor watch this case as this is not acceptable to your customer who run errands and got played by the people like this

I can't begin to tell you how many times I've bought things that were spoiled. Many times I just toss them because by the time I return them it's the following week and your customer service representatives are extremely rude. If you don't keep your receipt they want to place blame on you. I have been a paying customer for years and I feel it's really not that hard to say something like...Gee, I'm sorry this happened and tell me to get another. The night shift self check lady who thinks she's got the right to treat a customer like you must have done something to the product. How dare I expect customer service...come on just be nice! It's not that hard unless you really hate your job!

black lady cashier is extremely rude. Store business hours is perfect but has bad customer service.
