Horrible, completely unresponsive customer service. It's a shame because the food was great, but in a service-based business, customer service is equally important. We politely reached out to them multiple times (at least 7x over the course of the last 1.5 months) regarding 2 issues, but received ZERO response at all, in spite of giving multiple chances for them to respond.

Food is very tasty, large portions. My fav is the sirloin steak with cauliflower, but all of the keto meals are very good. I find they taste better in the oven rather than a microwave, so if you have the time cook them in an oven safe dish in a toaster oven or conventional oven.My only complaint is the courier delivered overnight (2:30am!) and I worry about coyotes or raccoons having a nice midnight snack on my meals! Would be nice if they delivered when people are awake so I can put them in the fridge.

I'VE LOST 12 POUNDS--HOW ABOUT THAT?But losing weight was not the reason I started with SoCal Fresh. I started eating SoCal food in late February, really BC my Pilates instructor recommended it and he knew I was either eating out all the time, or bringing food in, and he said you know that can't be really good for you, eating that way. He had experienced SoCal for himself and said I should try it, that the food was amazing.And so I tried it! I liked the food right away, especially the breakfasts! It's not expensive, compared to what I was spending on eating out all the time or take-out. And this is really good food! The meals are mostly organic, like the eggs, for instance. They're great! And every meal is such a good balance of protein and vegetables that I find myself satisfied, so I'm not snacking in between meals. I'm not eating the diet meals, just the regular, but I find I'm just not eating as much as I did before. Pretty soon friends started saying You've lost weight, haven't you? I don't weigh myself, but I thought I must have, so I was brave enough to try on that pair of jeans I'd outgrown and guess what? They fit!Not long ago I had an appointment with my doctor, and he was delighted that I had lost 12 pounds. And I had done it by just eating delicious, good-for-me food. Hadn't had to shop, or cook, or clean one pot or skillet.I would SO recommend that you try SoCal Fresh. Be good to yourself. When you come home from work who feels like cooking?Let SoCal Fresh deliver it to you! Even if you don't want to lose weight--but I didn't mind!

I've used SoCal Fresh three separate times, for a month each time since March 2020. The customer service is fantastic. The food is healthy and good, and they have a great variety, so I was always looking forward to what I was going to eat each meal. I ate really clean for 12 years and then got burned out on the preparation and the same foods, so I truly appreciate SoCal Fresh. Portions are perfect. I never got hungry and never had cravings. I'd buy SoCal Fresh all the time if I didn't get two free meals a day at my job (so can't justify paying so much). Each time I've used them, they've improved their service and variety. I'd use them again without hesitation.
