Appointment was for 2am, showed up at 1:03 and got told three times that my actual check-in time will start at 2 am and not earlier although she gave me a door right away. Which was occupied. And then she came to my truck and lectured me why I didn’t notify her that there was still a truck in the door?! 🤯

Got here 2 hrs early and got a door right away. Didn't get unloaded till my appointment time but I went to sleep. This place has a lot of forginer drivers that dosent know or understand driver etiquette! Parking in the way and dont move wit the flow of traffic! They got 3 stars cause that 260.00 lumper for 8 pallets was crazy

Overnight parking may be on road. They allow drivers to use restroom. ring bell at the gate and talk to them to open gate. check in office is at the end of the docks. In office person named Danney doesn’t want to work he will waste his and your time to max.

The white receiving lady is so rude. She will only take you at your appointment time. If you come early she will tell you to come back, but then she will not open the gate making you late so she can charge you $ 255 . She needs to get fired immediately. For ten pallets they can take 4 hours. Avoid this warehouse.

Very tight place my appointment was at 10pm got here at 7 checked in at 845 put me into a door right away and got unloaded with in an hour pain getting into a dock door but was fast

I got here a day early. There was a miscommunication. They allowed me to stay outside no problem.Cali The girl working in check in is nice and friendly. They got me in and out very quickly on my schedule date. The place is a little tight to maneuver, but other than that, it was fine

My appointment was at 2am and tried to check in around 1.10am but the receptionist told me came back at 1.55am but ended up falling asleep in the yard as I was super tired from all day long work and checked in at 3 am and now I’m have to pay late fee of $150. That’s such a rip Off.
I mean I wonder how can you guys do that and take someones hard earned money just like that where you clearly knew I was early But even then why charge a late fee and for what????? Have some empathy guys. Really hope y’all put the money towards some good cause otherwise it came out twice the price from your pocket and all the people involved in this day light robbery from the hard working truck drivers. Y’all are disgrace SOUTHWEST traders The MANAGER AND THE STAFF INVOLVED. And I really really really hope someday yall feel the pain that every trucker feel when you rip them off.

They dont have parking but front of wharehose parking available shoulder if street there is no parking sign but no problem i park almost 24 hour They are scammer i am 1 hour late from appointments they charge 370$ for reappointed Or Do whatever, press the button as many times as you want, i press the enter button, atlest 50 time but they won't open the gate open the gate at your own discretion and your in this way your appointment is delayed. So

Not terrible. But not great either. My biggest thing is lumper fees. I was charged $580 to unload. Not to Capstone or a third party. I paid them. They made money on their own delivery. How’s that work? $580 for 10 pallets. I could have lumped it myself. I would have a 2 hour time limit. They took 3 and charged me $580. How’s this work????

No overnight parking but plenty of parking on the side street's nearby. It's one of the worst small companies you can deliver to. Appointment is at 4am they will tell you to pick any door from 5-10 for frozen and wait for some to come and open the door and it can be 2 or 3 hours later before they come and break your seal and open the door. But if you are 30 minutes late, you will have more late fees than what you are paid to haul the load. Plan on sitting here for at least 5 hours after your appointment time.
