I went into this store to purchase 4 of the metal cups for my daughter, as she collects them. While in there I took pictures and called my daughter to confirm the purchase. As i was talking to her the female worker came up to me and saïd "you can't pay for those, the register is closed". She turned around and walked away. I have never been treated that way in ANY Starbucks! SMH!!!

Employees were nice and polite so two stars for that but I used my 200 points for a free caramel macchiato with added whip cream. On my way to the job site I take my first sip and realize it’s burnt tasting coffee with hardly any caramel and no whip cream and only filled 3/4 of the cup. We have to spend $200 instead of $150 after corporate Starbucks greedy point system changed, after collecting all my points and spending legit money there you guys serve me this burnt tasting coffee with barely drizzle and no whip cream?? Do better because although it doesn’t effect you, now I’m out of my free coffee reward and have to spend yet another $200 that’s absurd… people who work physically demanding jobs need our coffee, was disappointed yesterday shoulda went to AMPM for that quality ?♂️
