I really like the tall gentleman that works here. His coffees are really consistent always smiles at people and is friendly. I’ve seen people be rude to him and his coworkers for no reason and he still accommodates politely even during rushes (I come here frequently so I see a lot)

Honestly I’ve been really happy with everyone so far. My cowkers like this Starbucks too. We get a few coffees a shift atleast <3

lam writing to share a Today (before afew minutes ) negative experience l had at your store. I purchased a cup key for $16 and, upon opening it inside the store, I realized I did not like the colors. I politely returned to the cashier to ask if I could either return or exchange the item.
Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly or accommodating. I was told, rather abruptly, that this store does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. The tone of the response was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service courtesy. I was treated with a level of frustration and impatience that made the interaction uncomfortable and disappointing.
I understand that licensed locations may have their own policies, but l expected a level of customer care consistent with the Starbucks brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as experiences like this reflect poorly on the company as a whole.

Went to pick up an order today 05/17/25 at around 12pm at this location. I tried to get two women a blonde and a brunette’s attention since they were the nearest to the pick up counter and they were SO RUDE! They both looked disgusted and completely IGNORED ME! Especially the blonde one with the nose ring! She even looked so annoyed! I was only trying to get her attention so I can pick up the damn order and she looked like she’s seen her most hated person!!

They are local inside Albertsons supermarket. A convenient location. The order taker was pretty nice but the barista is a whole different story. She was pretty rude and definitely unprofessional. She desperately needs an explanation of what dry and evermore ultra-dry cappuccino means.

I'm giving this Starbucks only 4 stars because for the most part, the people that work there are pretty friendly and make good drinks. Except for TRAVIS! Every time I come in to this location, he always has a bad attitude and he's very rude. I was just there and he got my order wrong and I asked him very politely if he could fix it and he rolled his eyes at me, making me feel as if I did something wrong. He then snatched the cup from the counter and continued to roll his eyes at me. The nerve! That's why I'm only giving this location 4 stars otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I was going to give it only 3 stars but it wouldn't be fair to the other baristas who do a great job. Travis, you need an attitude adjustment. You work in custom service so don't get upset when you have to service a customer.

I purchased a hot soy latte on 12/31/22 at 2PM. It was busy and I waited 20 min. By then I realized that customers who ordered after me were being served, so I told the cashier. Finally I was given my beverage but without protection for the hot cup. Now my finger is burnt.I’m at home with a burnt finger.The young man was highly negligent in completing my order and providing protection for the hot cup.I think I should return to the store and speak to the servers for mismanaging their responsibility, but that just further makes me the victim.( Loss of time and gas.)Who owns this Starbucks??

i came at 8:10pm and it show that the closing time is 9:00 pm. However, its closed and no more service even someone is there.
