Thanks for entirely ignoring when someone asks for absolutely no sugar or syrup added, just to have to toss it to avoid having to take insulin for a drink
Careful of the bees when going through the drive thru.

I appreciate the very friendly and helpful staff here. I also enjoyed having my coffee served in a real coffee mug.
The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcome. The Starbucks location goes above and beyond.

With a local family store atmosphere, this is the only Starbucks I love to come. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is really great. I meet with my friend weekly here and I noticed a lot of people coming for a friendly chat at a cup of coffee. I like the fact that here i don't have to deal with the tone neutral store employees which treats you as a number. We got to knkw some employees and is great to see them weekly.

Usually I come here and my order is made correctly but i just feel a bit ripped off if I asked light Ice and then pay for it and give a tip then get my drink and realize itās not light ice . Come on guys light ice is crucial for some of us . This definitely isnāt light ice the ice is at the highest line on the cup lol. Proof at the bottom . Like come on who wants to pay for an $8 drink and order it venti and get only 3 swallows out of it ? Thatās BS

The guy that just served me 2:15 on 8/31/25, was rude and gave me the wrong coffeeā¦I didnāt want to deal with him again so I preferred to drink the wrong drink.
Make sure you put your mobile order in 5 minutes beforehand, because it's never going to be on time.
My new favorite location. I out in Temecula twice a week and I come here to get my coffee. They are so fast. And the drinks always taste so good.

My first time there on a Saturday (6/28/25) around 10am. Not sure why they wanted to charge me $4.25 for a tall ice coffee when a tall hot coffee only costs $2.95 so I ordered the brewed hot coffee instead. The coffee tasted a little on the weak side to me. The location still uses the older coffee brew machine. The napkin dispensers at the self-serve creamer station were completely empty. Also, there was some sort of wet spill on the floor directly in front of the creamer station waiting to be cleaned up. One of the bathrooms also lacked any toilet paper. The male barista at the front counter, who wore a face mask, was courteous but not overly friendly. The location was definitely busy and a little noisy with people conversations and loud music playing in the background. The location has limited comfortable indoor seating, however, it does share plenty of outside patio seating with an adjacent restaurant. Overall, in my opinion, a subpar Starbucks experience compared to other Starbucks locations in the area.

I was so surprised that even they were SO BUSY at the moment, but the person who took my order was still very patient to hear me out and double checked the ice amount that I asked⦠Very sweet and warm service I have ever had. Thank you, Venusā¦

l ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for decades, visiting almost daily since the early 2000s. Iāve spent more money here than I probably should, regularly loading gift cards through the app and supporting the brand because I genuinely love the experience.
I completely understand that times have changed and Starbucks canāt operate as the āthird placeā it once aspired to be. I also understand needing to limit bathroom access to paying customers. But this recent experience left me disappointed.
I walked into this location planning to use the bathroom first, then order. As I headed toward the restroom, an employee stopped me with, āCan I help you?ā I politely said no, assuming it was just a friendly greeting. As I walked away, she called after me asking if I had a mobile order. When I said no, she told me I couldnāt use the restroom unless I ordered first. I explained I was planning to order right after.
The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and accusatory, and it made me uncomfortable. After I came out of the restroom, it seemed like the employee was watching me and appeared tense until I got in line to place my orderāat which point she seemed to relax and was much more friendly and helpful.
As someone who often places mobile orders and uses the restroom while waiting, this experience has me questioning whether Iāll feel welcome doing so in the future. I completely respect the need for policies, but there must be a better way to enforce them without making loyal customers feel alienated or scrutinized.
Iām sharing this because I truly love Starbucks and want it to remain a place where regulars feel at ease, not on edge.
