Service was a little slow. Decor is nice and clean. Drink was yummy.
My downgrade is because my drink is about $2 more than a regular Starbucks. Last time I get a drink at the mall. So be repaired to pay airport prices 🙄

I don’t usually write reviews but this made me so mad 😠My daughter went in to have a drink around 6:55 pm on 12-13 with a friend and a brunette the only Barista in the Starbucks store next to old Navy at the mall didn’t make her order she claimed she was the only barista on duty and my daughter had to wait even though she waited and after more than an hour wait and everyone that came after her had left she still never got her drink the cashier was quiet and said nothing while the barista argued that her sticker had gotten lost and they were closing already my daughters friend got her order quickly even though my daughter had ordered before her friend well it’s a very bad customer service NONE that I or my daughter had ever received from any Starbucks and they didn’t even give her a refund for not getting the drink 😠😠😠bad reputation to all the other Starbucks if they are allowing this kind of customer service to be in their store which represents Starbucks 🤨

I'm all for employees having fun within the work place, but when it delays their outcome and 20 to 30 minutes for coffee, I think they need to stop putting stickers on each other and refocus on the customers!

This location needs to be closed, they are charging for all size of icewater now, so says the short blonde claiming that i should've been charged last time i was there for water too. Water is always FREE at Starbucks! unless corporate can't even keep good on that promise now? I think the manager/management needs to be corrected by corporate at this location, they are killing business!!!
Nothing on nitro and the store just opened. Do better please. Or just take it off the menu. The location in Macys

We've already complained to corporate about this location. And I only recieved a refund of $12 instead of the full $20.06. My sister forgot to mention to them that these girls were sneezing over our drinks. Whether or not they were pretending to so, is unprofessional. It was a day to enjoy with our cousin who traveled overseas, especially since it was our first Christmas outing without our mom who passed away this year. We asked for a simple alteration which we have ordered at every location just fine but these Starbucks employees decided to give us a mocking attitude and "spit" all over us. Usually I'm on the side of retail customer service and food service but this was the worst we've experienced at a Starbucks. We come here for their customer service but they basically spat in our face. At the end of the night no one finished their coffee because we felt uneasy about what they've done.
