This location needs to be closed, they are charging for all size of icewater now, so says the short blonde claiming that i should've been charged last time i was there for water too. Water is always FREE at Starbucks! unless corporate can't even keep good on that promise now? I think the manager/management needs to be corrected by corporate at this location, they are killing business!!!

Loved this starbucks! The coffee would come in handy when I used to work at the mall. I always ordered online so I can just come in and pick up my drink since they seem to be always busy around afternoon. Staff is nice and I always enjoy my brown sugar expresso !!

We've already complained to corporate about this location. And I only recieved a refund of $12 instead of the full $20.06. My sister forgot to mention to them that these girls were sneezing over our drinks. Whether or not they were pretending to so, is unprofessional. It was a day to enjoy with our cousin who traveled overseas, especially since it was our first Christmas outing without our mom who passed away this year. We asked for a simple alteration which we have ordered at every location just fine but these Starbucks employees decided to give us a mocking attitude and "spit" all over us. Usually I'm on the side of retail customer service and food service but this was the worst we've experienced at a Starbucks. We come here for their customer service but they basically spat in our face. At the end of the night no one finished their coffee because we felt uneasy about what they've done.

Asian female with short hair cut .HER TONE OF VOICE ARE NOT LOW ,NOR MATURE SOUND. and she kept talking endlessly toward worker.t her working time , you can talk and chat sometime but not like express train going. I was irritated Other worker voice are soft and low tone ,so i felt ok It was ar 2:30 12/16 friday Luckly she was off work 3pm I hope she can read this review

Sadly, I was not impressed with the customer service. They did not great me when I walked in I was completely ignored. I understand that they're making drinks, but a simple "hi we will be with you in just a moment" would suffice.

Customer service… just WOW. And not in a good way. Los Alamos location made my coffee wrong, I didn’t taste my coffee til I was already on the freeway. Made my grande coffee with splash of cream and 2 sugars with 1/2 the cup of cream instead. I was close to this Starbucks location in the mall next to Old Navy and just asked if I could be poured a new cup, and showed them a full cup of cream. The girl behind the counter stared at me blankly , rolled her eyes and said I have other ordered I need to make and walked away. Another worker asked to help, I explained again and she made a huge deal. “We can’t do that, we can’t just be remaking orders” I’m like really!? It’s not a latte, with a shot, I’m not adding syrup….it’s just a coffee with a splash of cream and 2 sugars, I can show you my order. She poured the coffee and kept repeating herself. LOOK, I get it! But it’s just a plane coffee, trust me I will never go back to this location again! I plan on writing corporate because the Starbucks in this area in general lack customer service. The employees always have a chip on their shoulders. Corporate needs to pay them better or do more employees bonding or incentives to have good customer service. Take a lesson or 2 from the San Diego locations.

i've been holding back on this place for a minute but i think it's time i say something 1. don't sell something you DONT HAVE i waited for 10 min just for you guys to tell me "we don't have it"... know your inventory like ?? & 2. your water taste like it came straight from the gutter like i know you guys done drink your own water cause there's no way you guys would be okay with giving that to customers.

Understaffed, unprofessional, and unkempt . Upon entering the Starbucks, I couldn't believe how unkempt the store looked. There was trash on and all around the trash area. Looking around, there were nicks and chips on the walls. I went to the checkout area to pick up my mobile order. Once the employee came by I gave my name and the order. She handed me my drink without saying a word. Turns out they got the order wrong. Once I finally was able to tell someone, there was no apology, nothing. Literally no words came out of her mouth at all. I have been to a LOT of Starbucks locations everywhere, and this one is terrible which is a shame. It's a great location, but definitely choose a different one if you can.
