We had very bad experience when tried to order a coffee at this shop. Barista named Megan didn't even look at us while we were alone in a line and was chatting with another girl. After waiting for a few minutes we just left. Never met such disrespectful attitude in other coffee shops before. Very sad.

I was looking for a special drink and this young woman was very polite, patience willing to assist me with my needs, she did not mind to invest extra of her valuable time to explain to me which drink would meet my needs.Thank you Tooba for an excellent customer service and your attention given made me wanting to come back to this store 100%.I acknowledge and appreciate your good service!

During the fall/winter months Pumpkin spice lattes or frappucinos are the best! (: during winter also try peppermint mochas!
