Business hours are clearly 10 pm, but there was a dude telling everyone inside that they close at 9. I came here to do some work because it closes at 10 and didnt have time to order since i got kicked out.

Started frequenting this location as it was easier access from my office and surrounded by more shops than the other Starbucks on Rancho California. Modern and nice location and patio area. Drinks are prepared better than most other locations! Full flavor and consistency of texture is perfect. Food is always prepared well. Team are always nice and pleasant. Always friendly! Of course if you come in with attitude and rudeness, you’ll probably get the same energy back, which you deserve! I’ve seen rude Karen customers… the kind that’ll never be pleased, you guys should go elsewhere cause you ruin it for other customers when we’re enjoying. This is our new go-to for my me and my group! Great atmosphere, great drinks and great Team! Keep it up!

I’ve been to this location’s drive thru 3 times in the last 2 weeks and have encountered only friendly service and well prepared food and drinks. I think they are really putting in the extra effort to overcome the earlier bad reviews, and they’re doing an amazing job. I don’t know what was going on at the time those reviews were left, but they certainly seem to have greatly improved!

I don't know why but everytime (3x) I have ordered my usual coffee (Tall Verona) at this location it has come out tasting more like a light to medium roast. Definitely not not bold like a dark roast should. Once, I even requested a new cup but it still came out tasting weak. I wonder if it's a problem with the brew machine or the setting? The drive thru service was a little slow today but not bad. On a positive note, the employees are nice and the location is clean and modern.

First time coming here after a long day at work and whoever helped me drive thru on 7/20 at around 11am were incredibly rude, both over the speaker and in person when they handed me my drinks. I typically never leave a review unless service is great or horrible and this was an unpleasant experience with the employees.

The employees were incredibly rude — Madison and Abbie. I walked in, like I do every day, planning to get something to drink. It was extremely hot, and I first asked for a cup of water and some ice. They said, “We can’t give you that unless you buy something first.” Truly the kind of behavior you’d expect from Starbucks.
Now I fully understand why people hate this place. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for over 20–25 years, and I’ve never seen a location this poorly run, with such bad service and products. How this disgusting place is still in business is beyond me.
I encourage everyone to boycott this awful location. Zero stars. 👎

On 6/3/2025 approx 2 pm, we walked into this Starbucks with 4 of my friends. The place was full of people with their laptops and no seating available except 1 large round table with only a man by himself. He was kind enough to give up his table and said that he was leaving. Around 20 minutes after receiving our drinks, a staff member approached us and informed us that we needed to lower our voices because the staff member working at the window with headphones could not hear her orders from the drive thru. We all looked at each other in confusion because we believed that our voice pitches were the same level as the rest of the groups in the room. We weren’t disrespectful and acknowledged her request.
We were approached again the 2nd time about 30 minutes later and she requested again that we needed to keep our tone down to a minimum otherwise that we have the option to sit out in the patio on a hot day. We believed that our conversation was still about at the same level as the others. In fact 2 men with deep voices were conversing loudly. We were bewildered why we were targeted, so I informed her that she also needed to let each table in the room know that they too had to tone down their conversation as well as to be fair. We all felt treated like we were children in a school library. What kind of business, especially a coffee shop belittling customers to whisper. We weren’t any louder than anyone else in the room. I’ve been into several Starbucks location in various States with a healthy atmosphere but this location is definitely disappointing. My friends and I will no longer do business here and make sure that we pass the word that you will be treated like children enjoying your drink as if you are in a library.
It isn’t the customers problem that the person taking orders from the window cannot hear from their headphones. Maybe the staff has a hearing problem that needs to be addressed or maybe she has a useless headphone. Our table was approximately 20 feet away. Maybe the staff needs more training or better yet set/post standards for tone levels so everyone can be treated with fairness. It may have a Brand New look however, the staff gives off depressing vibes.

This is a new drive thru and unfortunately the service is absolutely abysmal. I work in coffee shops almost every day, usually in a different Starbucks. I popped into this one today and was immediately approached aggressively about ordering a drink (I sat down first to take a meeting and ordered on the app). They interrupted my meeting to try and kick me out for not ordering something. Literally, camera on getting accosted within minutes of entering.
Then, as I was chatting (at a normal level on a work video call) the shift lead Candace came up to me and berated me then kicked me out.. saying I was talking too much and too loud for the store.
Huh?? Here's the deal.. I have worked in food service. I can understand being annoyed with me if I was inadvertently louder than I should have been or if my voice was echoing weird.
If I was being loud and was kindly spoken to I would have been so embarrassed and apologetic.
Instead, I was aggressively told that I had to leave the building on behalf of everyone in the store. I was scoffed at and felt bullied and so belittled. I was given no warning.. no kindness. I was flabbergasted and so were the people on the other side of my video chat, who were having a normal conversation with me. They watched me get bullied and have each reached out with support and to check on me, it was that unbelievable.
I was there for an hour and within that time they interrupted two meetings and tried twice to kick me out for absolutely no reason. Everyone on this shift should be ashamed of themselves and how they treated me. I left crying and sobbed in the car after. I have never, ever, been treated with such distain and rudeness by another ADULT and definitely not for such a petty reason... especially not at a place that I frequent every week.
I will not be back and I would encourage everyone to go to a different coffee shop.. where the staff aren't looking to power trip on anyone who visits and actually care about the customers they encounter.

Love this Starbucks the people are so nice and the drinks are so good. They will write cute notes on your cup and sometimes give out free cookies.
