Came in and ordered a trenta ice coffee for my husband. He said he didnt like the way it tasted. I went back in and explained to Michelle that it was made right, but he didn't like the taste and she and the other woman whose name i didnt catch remade it without any issues. Would come back off customer service alone!

Had an AMAZING experience earlier today. Service was exceptional and inviting. Kandi, the manager, is so good with her team and has an authentic passion for customer service. Will be returning to this location!
