Usually have good luck here with my orders. And definitely prefer this location for it's drive through. The inside is nice and this is the newest location on Rancho California. The people have always been friendly when I've visited. The parking lot is useless though when the drive through line gets long.

Must be where they train people usually nice and orders are great but seems once a month (maybe training) they fall apart. Orders are screw up and customer service drop. Hoping they fix it due to prime locale. Thinking about drive thru on Butterfield and 79. Please!!!

If you like Matcha Green tea lattes...this is not the starbucks for you. They will serve you a cup of green so bitter and gritty it looks like it spewed out the back of a lawnmower the look and consistency of grass soup. Sometimes "too much of a good thing" really is...too much of a good thing. Top it off with 25% of the drink being foam thus actually making it a tall drink rather than a grande. Then, when you kindly explain the situation and ask if they can rectify it....they assume you actually don't like green tea and give you half the scoops of the original formula, rather than staying the heavy hand of heaped rounded scoops beyond the prescribed amount and foaming it up so gloriously you now have a third of your lightened cup taken up with air, yes....foam. cheers to a tangy cup of steamed milk with barely any resemblance to the drink you ordered. I wouldn't bother to write a yelp except....this has happened on many occassions and now I've come to realize they are hopeless. Don't waste your time.
