Starbucks

Had to change my review today! Went in and politely asked for a cup of water with some ice and Steve told me that they don't give out free waters anymore and that he'll give me water if I purchase something. Not giving out free waters anymore is a dumb policy to have tbh. Especially it being really hot out here in temecula and in the surrounding area. He said they changed policies the beginning of the year... but where in the store does it say that they don't give out free waters anymore? I didn't have any problems with receiving free waters until today. Starbucks should be ashamed!

Our barista Davey M. was really patient and friendly with us. The people in my car changed our order a few times even as we were being served and he was very helpful and kind. Halfway through the order, I decided I still wanted dragonfruit inclusions in my dragon drink 😅 He said “No problem!” and quickly added them back in, and he also remade my cousins drink because she decided she wanted a decaf coffee instead of one with espresso shots. So awesome!! This is the kind of person that I personally love to interact with, especially in customer service. Even so late at night, he was very personable and even made us laugh a few times. Thank you Davey!! :)

i got starbucks this evening…i encountered the best starbucks experience ever. i am from florida and the workers there aren’t the best but im visiting with my family and he was so so kind he made my whole night. he was super funny and super duper sweet. please give davey m a raise he was so nice and completely made my night! thanks for the best starbucks experience davey m!!! 💟

My husband just brought me an iced espresso while at work. There was a hole on the side of the lid and it spilled all over me!! Now I have to clock out, go home and change. So not happy!

Big heavy set dude needs to talk to ppl better especially when he is the one making drinks the wrong way it’s important to customers the drink is made correctly big heavy set guy needs retraining seriously on customer service and how to make a drink. 2 stars because that

Ordered ahead and when I arrived order was not ready, once I got my order, my coffee was ice cold that I even thought they gave me the wrong drink, I told them and they said they would remake then continued to make other drive thru drinks before mine. No smiles and all 4 employees looked behind stressed. Horrible service and my coffee was a venti and see picture to see how much I got!

Stop by this morning just to get a hot coffee only 3 cars in front of me but I waited 22 min.At the window I asked the guy why the long wait he said they had a problem with the speaker and very sarcastic wish me a better day horrible service.

Staff friendly. Food was as expected. The atmosphere was well, no issues with oxygen levels, so good for breathing.

They did a great job keeping the place clean, keeping the lines moving and all with a great attitude. Thank you for being the best Starbucks I have been in. Keep up the amazing work you all do. I hope the bosses know what they have and show you all the appreciation they should be given you.
