This is a small but quaint Starbucks. Very cozy atmosphere.

1) they can hardly hear you when you’re ordering and are asked to repeat yourself multiple times.
2) I asked for my drink with room because I don’t like my coffee too milky.
3) they charged me FULL PRICE for a half full grande. I said with room… not half empty!!!

No sips were taken out of this. I need my money back.

That partners are always pleasant. A smile and a greeting. Fast service. My coffee is always yummy.

I’ve been going to Starbucks my whole life, and the staff make this location truly great. One of the workers, Davey, always gives excellent service and positivity. Favorite location.

I used to come in daily until I caught two baristas laughing hysterically at a customer that came in. Disgusting behavior. Won't ever be back here.

I like caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch so when I sip it I get a little bit of crunches in my mouth. I drank half the cup before I found any crunches. But still was a delightful cool refreshing drink.

Had to change my review today! Went in and politely asked for a cup of water with some ice and Steve told me that they don't give out free waters anymore and that he'll give me water if I purchase something. Not giving out free waters anymore is a dumb policy to have tbh. Especially it being really hot out here in temecula and in the surrounding area. He said they changed policies the beginning of the year... but where in the store does it say that they don't give out free waters anymore? I didn't have any problems with receiving free waters until today. Starbucks should be ashamed!

Our barista Davey M. was really patient and friendly with us. The people in my car changed our order a few times even as we were being served and he was very helpful and kind. Halfway through the order, I decided I still wanted dragonfruit inclusions in my dragon drink 😅 He said “No problem!” and quickly added them back in, and he also remade my cousins drink because she decided she wanted a decaf coffee instead of one with espresso shots. So awesome!! This is the kind of person that I personally love to interact with, especially in customer service. Even so late at night, he was very personable and even made us laugh a few times. Thank you Davey!! :)

i got starbucks this evening…i encountered the best starbucks experience ever. i am from florida and the workers there aren’t the best but im visiting with my family and he was so so kind he made my whole night. he was super funny and super duper sweet. please give davey m a raise he was so nice and completely made my night! thanks for the best starbucks experience davey m!!! 💟

My husband just brought me an iced espresso while at work. There was a hole on the side of the lid and it spilled all over me!! Now I have to clock out, go home and change. So not happy!

Big heavy set dude needs to talk to ppl better especially when he is the one making drinks the wrong way it’s important to customers the drink is made correctly big heavy set guy needs retraining seriously on customer service and how to make a drink. 2 stars because that
