This location charges an extra $1.25 for your regular two coffee shots on top of the coffee price without telling you when you pay. When I asked the cashier why, she told me the extra charge was because this Starbucks is at the shopping center. I have never seen it at other Starbucks locations in CA. I think the extra charge is very unreasonable because they blatantly charge more than other Starbucks stores no matter if they are in shopping centers. It means this Starbucks just earns extra money from customers, which is very unfair for customers!

The workers here are really kind and great at their jobs, but I reccommend stopping at Starbucks before you go to the mall. Usually this place has a 30-50 minute wait time including the time they take to make your drink because of how many people go there.
I have been to hundreds of Starbucks around the world and this by FAR has been the best the one with the best customer service! Was a last minute stop to get a boost of caffeine for my drive and not only was the cashier friendly but so genuine and the barista that served my drink made a fresh batch of coffee and was a really really sweet person! It completely made my day and really have to applaud them for their services. You have great people, reward them for what they do for your company!

This Starbucks has messed up my order several times now. Today I was eating my sandwich and it had mold!! I understand that they don't make the sandwiches there but if proper health procedure were followed they wouldn’t have had this issue. I ate half the sandwich by the time I realized the mold! The other times I ordered in the past I’m always missing items. It’s not that hard to warm stuff up and put it in a bag. I hope the health department investigates because this ruined my day.

Too much talking and not enough working... Maybe 5 people in the lobby and it took over 20 minutes for them to make 3 drinks. I was patient until they were standing around conversing about other things. C'mon man.....
