I am at an absolute loss for words after what just happened at this location. I am a first responder IN uniform and was denied access to the restroom. I was told I had to purchase something to be able to use the restroom. I have never had this happen at any other location. I am on an ambulance, I have no bathroom, I am posted where I’m told by my dispatcher, I don’t get a choice. I have to find a bathroom where I am. I understand the need to filter people out from using the bathroom (homeless people using them, doing drugs in the bathroom) but you are seriously going to deny a first responder restroom access?! I spend a lot of money at Starbucks, I am constantly at your pechanga parkway location, they know me well. I have to say this experience makes me want to boycott Starbucks all together.

They don’t allow you to use the restroom here without purchase. I showed the employee on my app that I was at this store an hour earlier and made a purchase. Like hello coffee is a diuretic of course I have to pee after drinking it. She was short rude and not accommodating in any way. I’d skip this Starbucks to go literally any other one where the bathroom isn’t guarded by a gremlin barista.

I asked for Venti Chai with no foams and extra hot. I get foam, missing part of my drink and Luke warm drink. Did not have time to go back inside due to an event. If I’m paying almost $6 for a drink please give me what I request.

Nice and spacious with extended drive-thru hours, but the location is not easy to get in and out of the shopping center. Also, unless and until they remove the electrical outlets, there continue to be homeless persons both inside and outside.

This particular location had a moody order lady and she almost ruined my day. Thank God for her coworker. I asked for a regular coffee. I get it, they don't see those often and they want you to order a more fancy $10 cup. Typically at every location for that order they will ask if I want cream and sugar. Without blinking an eye, this lady rang it up in split second, filled my cup to the brim and handed it to me. At which point I asked for cream and sugar. She lectured me how I should have said that up front then took the cup back and poured a third of it out. I told her I don't need that much room for cream, I'd like more coffee in my cup. Then again, she filled it to the brim out of spite and handed me an itty bitty amount of cream in an small plastic container which I accidentally spilled trying to manage my wallet and the coffee mug and the little slippery cup. I alerted another barista to my spill and wanted to clean it up. She offered to clean it up and when I asked her for more cream she handed me a small Starbucks cup with a lid. To that barista - thank you for saving my day and not lecturing me.

I ordered a blended drink and a brownie. They did not put it out in the mobile delivery area. My $15 blended drink had melted and gotten watery by the time I finally got someone to notice. Poor service

Service: unfriendly environment in the drive-thru and the inconvenience of having to wait in line twice—first for the wrong drink and then to have it corrected.

They supposedly open at 3, but all I saw while trying to get a coffee on the way to the airport was a woman on her phone through the window, and nobody manning the drivethrough

ive come here before. I like it here, but if the sign says open at 3, you should be able to serve people by 3:15

Great spot to grab a coffee especially being they are quick and right off the freeway. Only bad thing is…. If you want to use the restroom there has been several times the homeless use their facility and are in there for long periods of time. As a paying customer I always find this frustrating. Even with the code they have to use it seems to not be working. Otherwise good service and good people

Took 3 attempts for them to get the bathroom code correct. The cashier was attitude and if you dared to ask a simple question, she gave a look of disgust. Multiple drinks under the same name with no spelling or last initial used. Why do I even waste my time with this company.
