Whoever the gentleman was in the drive thru tonight with the glasses was super nice and genuine. Just wanted to give a shout out and recognition. I have worked in customer for almost 20 years, CS can be exhausting , so it is refreshing to see. Thank you!

Riley has the worst management skills and creates conflict. I pulled up to order, waited until the lady said can I take your order. I said, Can I have a trenta iced peach tea. After a few seconds the lady said can you repeat that so I said can I have a trenta iced peach tea. Once again after a few seconds she said again can you repeat your order. At this point I asked if there was someone else to take my order. Then she said what's the problem, I said your clearly doing something else so can someone else take my order. She said you don't have to be rude. At this point I wholeheartedly wasn't being rude but I did get irritated by the comment and the next lady who came on and said hi friend what's the issue. That would be Kiley, the manager. I said I've repeated myself 2 times and then asked for someone else, she said there's a misunderstanding of your order, I said what's the misunderstanding. She just ignored my question and tied me to pull up to the window. When I get up there, she tries to just hand me the drink. So I asked her what was the problem and she said nothing they were handling another issue and was distracted. I told her then just ask me to hold on or don't ask for my order. She said I was being rude again. I told her I wasn't and thats why I asked for a manager because she should be trained to handle a complaint. She said shes fine. I told her it seemed like a pretty simple request and I understand the lady was handling another issue but how am I to know, it's a drive through and when im asked for my order the individual taking is should be ready to listen or say hold on. She turned into a victim and wouldn't give me my drink, so no trenta iced peach tea for me......but wait there's more folks I drove 5 minutes away and ended up getting great service and my tea! Hey when one peach tea gets rejected one gets poured.

The customer service at this location is unbelievably rude and terrible. I actually went in to get a coffee, but since it was extremely hot, I asked for some water first. An employee named ZAK said, “If you don’t buy anything, I can’t give you water.”

If this is how they treat customers, it’s better to go to 7-Eleven — you can get water or even a coffee there for $1. At Starbucks, a coffee and a small piece of cake is $12. Absolutely not worth it!

Terrible management, awful staff. I will never go there again, and they clearly need some serious training in customer service.

Please be aware — don’t support places like this. This place doesn’t even deserve one star — zero stars.

This place got a high rating for a reason. Their service was awesome. This one barista made my lavender cream matcha so delicious and even found me the cheese and fruit protein box from inside. Awesome! Top notch service!

I am at an absolute loss for words after what just happened at this location. I am a first responder IN uniform and was denied access to the restroom. I was told I had to purchase something to be able to use the restroom. I have never had this happen at any other location. I am on an ambulance, I have no bathroom, I am posted where I’m told by my dispatcher, I don’t get a choice. I have to find a bathroom where I am. I understand the need to filter people out from using the bathroom (homeless people using them, doing drugs in the bathroom) but you are seriously going to deny a first responder restroom access?! I spend a lot of money at Starbucks, I am constantly at your pechanga parkway location, they know me well. I have to say this experience makes me want to boycott Starbucks all together.

They don’t allow you to use the restroom here without purchase. I showed the employee on my app that I was at this store an hour earlier and made a purchase. Like hello coffee is a diuretic of course I have to pee after drinking it. She was short rude and not accommodating in any way. I’d skip this Starbucks to go literally any other one where the bathroom isn’t guarded by a gremlin barista.

I asked for Venti Chai with no foams and extra hot. I get foam, missing part of my drink and Luke warm drink. Did not have time to go back inside due to an event. If I’m paying almost $6 for a drink please give me what I request.

Nice and spacious with extended drive-thru hours, but the location is not easy to get in and out of the shopping center. Also, unless and until they remove the electrical outlets, there continue to be homeless persons both inside and outside.
