I come here all the time and I just had one of the most negative experiences ever. Don’t work at a place where you’ll be that miserable at. Rude and lazy guy and girl with the most negative attitude the second I walked in about 35 minutes before they closed. Not asking for five star service considering it’s a sandwhich shop but simple customer service could go a long way :) you close at 7 not 6:25…

What can I say other then I got in quick, got a delicious sub made exactly how I like it and the quality far outweighs the reasonable prices. I had a Submarina near my house but it shutdown, fortunately I have this place to go to. There is no better sub place period and if you haven't been, you need to go.

Things are changing. Different items. Definitely not the same quality. You need to advertise when you make changes. Pastrami is straight up hot dog and the tuna is terrible now. No competing with Jersey Mike's anymore at our house.

Service was great! Two behind the counter, the young man was helping my mom with her order and the girl helped me. The young man was patient and polite. The girl who helped me was great too! Nice smile and polite, didn't feel like we were being an inconvenience. Thanks guys!
Food, overall good with one little complaint. First far better than Subway or Jimmy John's and this was a relief.
I ordered the Peppered Club and swapped the Swiss cheese out for Smoked Cheddar on a white roll toasted. She made it perfectly.
I felt the slice of turkey and ham was a bit too transparent, it was lost in the over size roll and toppings, while good, just poor value for what you get. This is why 3 stars for food.

Vegetarian options: You can get a vegi sandwich and ask with or without cheese, they also give great information on what the beads are made out of along with good salad options with different types of salad filler such as lettuce, spring mix or just spinach. Also, I haven't seen anywhere have it, but they have alfalfa sprouts too!
Dietary restrictions: They are really respectful about any restrictions and with allergies as long as they are told about them. They will ensure no cross contamination and will respect requests made to them.
Parking: They have good options in front of the store and even around the store. They are also connected to a bigger Plaza, which has plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: They are really kid friendly with good chair options such as high chairs for babies and good kid meals that come with a chip and drink (the drink can even be switched from a smalls fountain drink or a sunny-d) with plenty of chips to choose from along with drinks too.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a good ramp leading into the area where they reside. With good pathway inside the restaurant and the seats have availability to be changed around to have more space.
