((11/27)) Went in at 9:00 when the sign posted on door and online clearly stated that it closes 9:30. When I walked in a lady with dark, dyed black hair came out the back and said it was closed and went back into the back. She didn't even give any explanation why it was closing early or even lock the front door. Probably didn't wanna do the job they are paid to do, bad service.

Haven’t been to a subway in years. I only got lured back with the $7 foot long promo. Sandwich was fine, meh. The mistake I made was ordering a churro. The thing tasted like a 10 day old chemical sponge coated with sugar. Could not eat it. Sealed the deal, not stepping foot in another subway as long as I live. Which hopefully my life wasn’t cut short from biting into the chemical sponge. Good thing I didn’t swallow it because the thing was so tough it hurt my jaw attempting to chew the darn thing.

Wow. Accidentally ordered a sandwich something on it flares up the metal tase right after chemo. I took it off the sandwich but could still taste it. Asked if I could pay to add another side I could’ve ordered in stead. Offered to pay. He said, it’s all good. On the house. Get better. This is the second above and. Tons experience I have had here in the only two times visiting. I’ll be going out of my way to support this franchise

So I ordered through the app for the buy one get one 50 percent off deal. Usually the great thing about the app is that you can give them specific instructions for every ingredient such as light lettuce, good onions with meat and cheese, double meat and NO sauce.I got the Philly cheesesteak like I did the week prior. Week prior I gave subway a chance after not eating at any subway for several years and I was rather impressed with it. I ordered it the exact same way through the app last night in parking lot before entering the subway.I walk in as the Hispanic woman was finishing up the sandwiches. She gives me my order and completely forgets the sidekicks i had ordered. Took her a second to find on my receipt. I then asked her about the specifications of my sandwich which she verified.Upon getting home and getting into my sandwich. I unwrap it and already notice that the bread is soggy wet from the excess of who knows what she put in there. As well as olives, oil, so much lettuce and raw red onions. There was less meat in there than the last time I ordered it with regular portion of meat and this time was supposed to be doubled.The second sandwich I ordered was just as much of a mess if not worse.Rendering my $40 order unedible.Unfortunately their business was closed by this time so I could not bring it back immediately to have it remade.If the manager or owner of this business sees this I would very much like my order redone the correct way with no extra charge. I can bring the sandwiches in and show order on app as proof of this disgusting display of a made to order sandwich.

The Hispanic woman working for the closing shift does not I repeat DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. MANAGEMENT - SHE NEEDS TO BE MOVED POSITIONS BECAUSE SHE CANNOT DO ONLINE ORDERS.I stopped ordering online orders here 4, yes FOUR years ago because the same woman kept screwing up every single order I placed on the app. The sandwiches were TERRIBLE! Soggy, doused in dressing, adding things I didn't put, neglecting to add things that were supposed to be there, etc.I just stopped going all together.4 years later I started giving them a chance again. The last time I ordered last week they were great (when I picked up it was a male that had made them). No complaints. Perfectly made.Now, tonight - my friend ordered sandwiches for us. Before even opening the sandwich wrappers my friend starts telling me how the lady tried to get away with not giving him the footlong pretzel & cookie he ordered with the sandwiches. She apparently was staring straight at the receipt saying "nope, not on here." For several minutes until she FINALLY noticed they were on the receipt and then finally gave them to him.He opens his first. His is a mess. Everything is wrong. He ordered extra meat yet she put HALF of a regular serving. No cheese, never cooked the onions as requested, doused in sauce he never asked for.I began getting worried. I had a bad feeling it was that same lady from years ago not knowing how to follow instructions. I open mine. Guess what? IT'S ABSOLUTELY RUINED.I did NOT in ANY WAY ask for pepper or salt, as a matter of fact I HATE PEPPER! I can't even eat something with a lot of pepper on it. Well my sandwich is DOUSED IN SALT AND PEPPER, LIKE D-O-U-S-E-D!!!!!!! I'm so pissed because I was SO hungry! Now I can't even eat this! It's a waste of my friend's money and after we talked about it, it confirmed that it was the SAME LADY FROM 4 YEARS AGO STILL JUST SCREWING EVERYTHING UP. This is RIDICULOUS.SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. BOTTOM LINE. She is costing your Subway customers because this is my final attempt giving this subway time and money that ends up literally down the drain. Inexcusable.

Very slow service as there was only one person working. She worked hard but we waited 35 minutes for one sandwich. There was only one person preparing and the same person at the counter!

Walked in at 4:18pm on a Friday afternoon. Door wide open. Blank stares. "We're closed right now" as they stand arms crossed in front of the register.(No signs, food on counter ready for serving)Wow. Customer service galore. Can't wait to come back.
