What a disappointment!! Rude woman working here she used a dirty knife from previous customers sandwich and cut one of ours I spoke up and she became very agitated Never again at this filthy place !!!

Girl that works here in the morning has no personality at all doesn't greet customers makes you feel like you're bothering her with your presence, not to mention she's the only one there in the morning some of us only have a 30 min lunch break I shouldn't have to spend 20 of those buying a sandwich

Unsanitary, two workers were working without masks and preparing food orders for take out. When asked about not wearing a mask, one replied "I don't wear a mask because it makes my face breakout." This is against CDC recommendations and needs to be addressed by management.

This review is for my visit on January 21,2020.. I went in around 1:20-1:30 two people working one employee was great had great customer service very friendly and welcoming the other was a young rude smart teen ager who had smart remarks and was rude just threw so many veggies on my sandwich how do you stay in business at least when hiring teenager make sure they know to treat customers with respect and kindness I sorry I won’t be going back to subway on Jefferson ave and no one else should unless they want a rude teenager helping them ...jess

There are 4 people waiting outside your doors. You were supposed to be opened 10 minutes ago, someone is inside and no one is unlocking the door to open. Extremely unprofessional and rude, to say you are open at 9am and then not be, and to have someone inside ignoring customers waiting outside the doors.

Went into subway this morning around 10:30-1045 there were two employees there working a lady and a young man they both were very welcoming greeted me took my order made conversation with me the time I was getting my sandwich made made a great sandwich they both took pride in their job and the care of their customers I will forsure be back at this subway weekly thank you for making my visit a wonderful one

I had to give this subway 5 stars took my kids here to get subs and let me tell you they have upgraded and emptied a lot clean I mean very clean store upgraded on employees very welcoming polite employees that listen to your order I'm very happy and me and my kids left pleased and happy so I had to leave this review before leaving parking lot great improvement to the owners I will be returning

Another great experience this morning as always I come to this location (Jefferson ave subway) about 3 times a week during the morning time and I always get the same great service it’s always the same young lady Stephanie she always welcomes me and and always makes me feel special she always makes me feel special she not only makes my sandwich with care and and always makes conversation with as making my food I will keep coming back to that location as long as she’s working ..I’d like to say thank you Stephanie for your great customer serves and care

I had the worst experience at the subway on Jefferson Temecula first off the older Asian lady asked for my order she was rude and didn’t pay attention heard what she wanted to hear put the veggies and sauce that I told her I didn’t want and then acted as I did wrong she mumbled under her breath walking away and made a big fuse because I asked for her to re do my sandwich and then not only was she rude to my a customer she was rude to the young lady who was on the register ringing up maybe someone should take the time and explain to her good customer service because I don’t understand stand how they are still with customers how rude the Asian older lady is I would not recommend this subway at least not while she’s working rude all the way around and I give the 2 other young ladies credit they both held the composure and handled her rudeness towards them with politeness and apologized to us customers .
