Walk in 20 mins before closing. Worker said just so you know I’m only taking card no cash. I said I will make that work. He then said he was getting ready to close and should have locked door. I walked out as well as the customer that came in after me. What kind of worker is that just terrible don’t go to this subway

Don’t waste your time at this location. They don’t participate in Subways lunch promotion. I will go to location that wants yo give their customers a good deal.
Subway has forgotten about their in store customers, especially Loran at this location. After ordering and paying for 7 sandwiches we realized we forgot to order our chips and a drink. Loran made me stand at the register for 7 minutes while she filled an online to go order. Since when is the customer in the store invisible? When Loran finished the order, she looked at me and said that Melanie would assist me. By the way…the to go order sat in the shelf another 10 minutes so was certainly not urgent.
When Melanie got around to ringing me up she also informed me they no longer offer tap water…that the only thing to drink was a fountain drink, bottled beverage or a $3 bottle of water. What a rip off!!! Subway…get your priorities straight! Prioritize the customer standing in the store and for the love…please have regular tap water available for your customers upon request like every other restaurant does.

I stopped in to get a sandwich with the restaurant completely empty except 1 employee. I looked at the menu and was told by the employee that I would have to wait while he completed an online order. I asked how long and he said 10 minutes.
I left without a sandwich.

We got 6 highly customized subs for our family and Naiya provided excellent service with a smile! These days, it’s so rare we wanted to give her a shout-out!

Customer service from the man who started 2 days ago was good. Manager did not want to help him or us. She was rude and then passed us off on another lady who was OK.We left feeling very uncomfortable.

Went into this subway store at 5.22..pm..This subway young kid had to be told by the customer how to make a sandwich that I ordered. Customer service at this location was horrible. I aslo had to tell this young subway worker not to touch other stuff while he was making my food. Mangers at subway we must do better!!..Finally I asked if he could slice my sandwich and he responded "" He not allowed to do this request "".! Sadd subway Rancho California!!!... Must do alot better!
