The gentleman that made my order was incredibly friendly & cheerful to me and everyone that came in while I was eating. It was very nice to see someone with so much pep in their step. I forgot to grab his name, but he did have a SpongeBob and Pearl tattoo. People like him are so refreshing.

Horrible Costumer service! I work in the same shopping center l, and buy my lunch here sometimes. Today Myriam was extremely rude!! My coworker and I were ordering and she had the worst attitude ever asking what we wanted in a bad tone of voice, and when we asked for things she would make faces expression without talking. We decided to order the nachos and she got mad ! Well she served them like they charging her for quantity. Also, this is the smallest subway I’ve ever had. Myriam need to work on her attitude!

Payed for double meat on two of my sandwiches and only recieved a regular amount of meat. Thats an extra $6 on my bill for nothing. They put barely any avacado on a sandwich for an extra $2. There was also a hard stem piece from the avacado in the sandwich. The other subway just down the street by stater bros is better.

The best, cleanest subway I've probably ever been in, I've been to this location a few times. Our person was super friendly, awesome, and really kind! The sandwiches also tasted really good, fresh and hot for the boss sandwich. Probably my favorite subway rn

I asked the server for pepper only no salt, they ended up putting salt on my sandwich. I wanted it remade as I do not eat salt. She claimed to only have put it on my veggies and only offered to redo the veggies part. I was visibly disappointed and said she should re-do my sandwich and or some sort of discount. Anyway when I got home I was not able to eat the sandwich, from the first bit it tasted like salt. Also never got my oil and vinegar to go for my wife’s sandwich as she was going to eat it later and didn’t want it to get soggy. Anyway. I will no longer come back to this location. Wasn’t worth my time to try and go back as the server did not seem like they wanted to help.

Terrible customer service, Friday night and they only have one person working. Took 30 minutes to get one sandwich, whoever owns/manages this place has no clue how to run a business. Typical post COVID way of running a business, have less employees to make more money for the owner and make the customer deal with it. I would suggest going to a different subway unless you have a lot of time to kill.
