What a joke. You walk in to kiosks. I had a coupon (apparently from Murrieta) and they wouldn't accept it. I haven't been to taco bell in probably 20 years and thought I'd try the cantina bowl for $6. Nope. Wouldn't accept my coupon. After seeing the kiosks, I was already disappointed. Back to chipotle I go! It would have been nice if the manager had made an exception, especially since I drove all the way across town to this location.

I enjoy Taco Bell overall. Was happy to see they brought back the MexiMelt for reliving the decades. Too bad they didn't apply the cost of that decade because the MexiMelt didn't get bigger and at almost $5 felt ripped off.

It is currently 6:20 p.m. on October 17th. I didn't catch her name. But whoever you have working the drive-thru right now at this time is amazing. Polite, quick, courteous. She was all business super professional, I haven't left a positive review since COVID on a fast food place so this is my first one in a while. Also, it's packed right now but I was in and out. Whatever you guys are doing with your staff and how your running your store please keep it up. You're setting the bar high

Just went through the drive through, ordered, and got home, missing items. Almost every time we go here there are missing items. We live about 15 minutes away so I didn't want to drive back and tried to call but the phone rang 3 times and hung up.

Terrible experience. Went through the drive thru on a weekend at 11pm. They had correct receipt on bag. All the items at value of $24 weren’t in the bag. Received 2 tacos and one Mexican Pizza, for $24 dollars. What a joke.

This is the second time this location has done this where I put in a mobile order and the status says received and paid and sitting there waiting for the status to change half an hour goes by still nothing so I have to go inside of the store and they had not even started the order yet This is ridiculous businesses nowadays don’t know what they are doing. The workers are clueless or don’t care and we’re now paying them $20 an hour for what I ask for what you’re doing a worse job than you did when you were getting paying less like get it together people work or quit do not put us the customer last on your priorities at work or there will eventually be no customers .. I know I will never go to this location again .. trying to stop going to fast food all together since almost anywhere I go there is a problem with something now that they get paid more it’s INSANE !! And no friendliness in the store either - no I’m sorry for you waiting a half hour for a mobile order or wasting your time in the middle of the day - NOTHING!!!!!!! Corporate is next to contact Im over this BS!!
The food here is great, but please stop asking people who order though the app for drive-thru pick up to come inside. We are ordering this way for a reason. We have kids and dogs we can't leave in 105 degree heat to come in to get a bag that can easily be passed through a window. Also, please stop using "very large" to describe a one-bag order. It's weird.

This Taco Bell, while not over the top fancy, is a descent establishment. The thing I like most is how quick and efficient the drive-through line moves. I've never had any issues with having to wait for my food. The staff are friendly but hurried. This is the case for most fast food restaurant, though.
