I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with onions. There was barely any beef whatsoever and no onions. It was nasty. Tasted vegan. To make matters worse they don’t have a phone number to contact them to make things right! Unbelievable. I order here a lot especially for my grandkids! It was a disgusting display of vegetables and sauces. Ick! Can you imagine not being able to telephone a company that serves you garbage? Unreal! I bought the Luxe meal. The 5 cheese burrito didn’t have onions either. It seems whomever made this food couldn’t care less. My grandson was so disappointed. Shame on you, Taco Bell!

Found not one but TWO hairs in two seprerate tacos i ordered. End up throwing the whole order away and when i asked for a refund for the food I didnt eat the manger fully expected me to dig in the trash and return the food just so they could throw it away. While talking to the manger i got a oh my god and eye roll from her. Very unproffesional and nkt how you should treat customers. Never coming here again.

All day my dear friend and I were talking about how we couldn’t wait to get Taco Bell after work. Pulled up to the local Taco Bell where not only our food came out quick and piping hot, the drive thru staff working was kind and made us giggle with their stories. Perf end to our long weekend! 10/10
Only good thing about our experience was the nice lady that confirmed our order. Other than that, everything was horrible. With only 3 cars in front of us, it took them almost 30 mins to get our food out. When we got to the window, we received our drinks and were informed that it would be a moment till our food was out. While listening to the staff joking and laughing thru the door, we got to sit in our car watching our food sit on the counter for nearly 10 mins getting cold. Nacho fries were absolutely GARBAGE with absolutely no seasoning on them. I’ve had more spices at a Tex-Mex restaurant than what we got tonight on those fries. We’re in the food industry as well and it takes a lot for me to write a review, and this was one of those days. I just wished there was someone older there that could help the kids with their time management skills to get food to customers in a timely manner and the quality of the food going out is to standards. We’ll give this location a second chance, but will probably just drive across town then deal with this again. Would rather make a 30 min drive. Always check your order here!
Update: They also got other items missing/wrong in our entire order. I’m making the 30 min drive going forward. Management- you really need to have a talk with your team.

Just ordered a BEEF chalupa with no tomatoes at the drive though. Once I got to the first bite, and realized it had tomatoes, I quickly realized my mistake. I found out “no tomatoes”out sound a lot like “no beef”. Sure enough, on the receipt it says “beef chalupa with no season beef”. I guess I will pay better attention to the drive through screen next time.

My family loved to eat Taco Bell. Every time I come to this location it’s always something! Food isn’t right something is missing or there customer service sucks! I don’t mind young kids working matter of fact we need that now in our days but if your gonna work but in work don’t just go pick up a paycheck! The drive through young lady wouldn’t even look at us nor say hi or anything like what type of derive is that!!! My whole order was completely wrong I spent money to just throw it out! I will be making sure this is our last time at this location! I can’t believe they still allow this to happen!
