The meal was delectable, and I appreciated their complimentary broth refills. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. The only minor inconvenience was the requirement to place orders through the app by scanning the QR code on the table.

First, I don't want to order from an app!! Very difficult to remove things on an app would of like human interaction for the cost ..Soups were like a hodge podge of different things...not my thing ?

Food is nothing crazy or to die for especially with the expensive prices for a small portion. Service was terrible, manager was extremely rude and condescending when I said I’d like to change my soup. They told me to buy another dish ON TOP of paying for the soup I couldn’t eat.

Loved it so good you can adjust almost every including soup broth and spicy level once you're about to checkout on the website if you hit special requests you take off anything you don't want in your soup and there is also great add ons like lotus root definitely will come again super tasty

I will have to come back for food another time. The atmosphere is pretty but it is SO BRIGHT!!!! Makes me feel like this would be a more fun lunch spot than dinner. Bathroom was nice and big.

Classic tasty pot soups that taste just like the ones in other locations. So happy to have one in Temecula now. Great service and food. It felt a bit warm inside though, I hope they can turn up the AC on future visits. Overall will be coming here each week!!

Good broth and sides! Real good service, for soft opening. We want to try the other flavors they had also. Plenty of parking and cool music ( Calvin Harris) . Will come back again!
