Honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. Terrible experience. My aunt got a VIP room for my cousin and the two lanes we had in there broke down at least 4 times, wasting our time. And at the end the lights turned off and my family tried to knock down the remain pins. At which point an employee came out from behind the lanes to yell at us. He was genuinely squaring up like it was on us that he was back there and then to yell at us after the game didn't work half the time was ridiculous. We didn't end up ordering the food because it was all extremely over priced like almost $30 for a large pizza. Ive never made a review before but this place earned it. Not going back and wouldn't expect any of my family who went to go there again either.

The place is clean, the lanes are nice, and it's well priced.It would be five stars, but two things.First, the bar is a bit inefficient. One register, one person working. It's a bit slow.Second, since this was our first time here, it'd have been helpful to know what's up. Like that bumpers or ramps are available (we had little kids in tow), there's a code for the restroom, how to order food and drinks, etc.Food was okay. Fries were good. Giant pretzels were a bit hard and dry. Beer was cold and good.We'll be back, but first time experience could've been a touch better.

I dig this place. Nice lanes, solid arcade, pool tables, fairly large place and majority of the staff are helpful and nice. My only real gripe is the really high prices on alcohol and food. I mean REALLY high. It's like paying Old Town Temecula alcohol and food prices which have always been ridiculous.
Went to bowl on 12/23/2023 with my family to celebrate Christmas early. Had a lovely experience. Alberto (I think he goes by Albert) went out of his way to help my daughter with a claw machine that wasn’t working right. He came down with a ring of keys (like 50 keys) to unlock the machine so we could play for the stuffed animal she wanted. He could have just told us it was out of order but seriously the guy went through every key to fix it. We also had a nice experience with the bartender Marcus. We’ve come a few times before and always enjoy our time. Love the more homey vibe compared to some of the other chain alleys near us. Will be back! :)

Had a great time bowling. The bartender was really awesome and very nice. The food was ok. The "ranch" had very little ranch taste and was oddly sweet the batter on the wings was sorta burnt but still tasted good and the onion rings were still batter on the inside ( both items indicate to oil was probably a little to hot). They really should offer free refils on pitchers of sodas, most places do. Wish they had lower tables for small children to eat on and places to put our shoes while bowling. Also would be better if the gutter blocks would go up and down so not everyone on the lane has to use them. Arcade games were rather pricey especially for kids to play.But had a great time and staff was very kind.

What a very nice bowling facility! This was our first time here and we were all impressed! It's very clean and nicely laid out! We reserved Lane 10 today and had so much fun!Our grandson was hungry and so was I. I strode over to the bar/grill area past the neon bright arcade and pool tables. The friendly, young lady behind the counter was Shiko and took my order. She was very friendly and I told her that I was impressed for my first time here. She expressed that she was happy to hear that. I asked to take her photo and she happily obliged and her photo is posted here.There are tables & benches at each lane, which makes it convenient when food arrives. They brought our chicken tenders & milkshake to the table, where we heartily dug into it. Pretty good for the bowling alley!We all had so much fun and can't wait to return!
