Delicious food I got the catfish plate with hush puppies and the fries were really crispy I recommend the single portion for the fish instead of the double fish I ended up getting full with one piece kids loved their food as well waiter was very attentive and helpful we ate inside since it was hot but there is out door sitting well be going back hopefully soon!

Each time my wife and I come here, we both order something different. We can't find anything that we don't like; that's crazy !!! I can't say that about to many places, they cover all bases. Flavors, in all the dishes, have their own special take on each dish. Each time, we have had a different waitress, and they are all fantastic. I wasn't sure about ordering their chili because I don't do well with too many spicy foods. The waitress brought out a sample for me to try. Yes, it was too spicy for me, but my wife said that it was one of the best restaurant chilies that she's had ever had. If you haven't tried this place, you are really missing out. Thank you, staff !!!!

Don't pay with your bank card. I just went there this weekend. Handed over my card to the waitress. I received a notification from my bank last night, that I had purchased something from Walmart for $300.00. Which I didn't. Make sure to pay in cash here.

The fish and chips here are absolutely delicious! Fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Just a heads-up: the portion is HUGE so come hungry or plan to share! The beer selection is also excellent, with plenty of options to pair with your meal. Highly recommended for a satisfying, hearty bite and a great drink.

My husband and I used to absolutely love going to Texas Lil's. We have not been able to go for several months~however, when we finally did~ it was the worst experience of our lives!! I'm not sure if it changed owners however, We've never been this disappointed in the service and the food. It was all so horrible. We ordered drinks. My husband had the house Margarita, he could not finish it. It was the most disgusting thing he's ever had. (He asked for no salt, It was full of salt around the rim and the house tequila was horrendous.) The bartender had an attitude and NOT in a good way.
I wanted to order a grilled cheese, however, they would not serve me a grilled cheese because it was on the kids menu and I'm not a child. I did not want the thick sourdough bread so I was stuck ordering just a basket of shoestring fries (no substitutions)... When they finally came they were burnt to a crisp. They tasted disgusting~we couldn't even finish even though we were starving! I hate sending things back and I hate making people feel bad, so we sucked it up, paid, then left. However I feel I should say this so less people will go through this experience.

Food was delicious! I had the Brisket dip with potato salad, my husband had the catfish with tater tots and we both have no complaints. The portions are generous and well priced. Staff were super friendly and inviting.
