The Cheesecake Factory

Shrinkflation has definitely hit the cheesecake factory, portions are smaller than pre-covid times. (Specially the slices of cheesecake have shrunk😭).But overal the quality and service is still there.

The acoustics in the place were bad - lots of ambient noise surrounding you with excessive decibels to contend with

We took my father and his girlfriend to Cheesecake Factory today for his birthday. What a nice clean environment and pleasant atmosphere. Fabian was our amazing server who was attentive, kind and professional. We started with drinks, bread and stuffed mushrooms. It was perfect. For our entrees my dad had the Chicken Madeira and his GF had the meatloaf. My wife had the turkey burger and a salad and I had the Chicken Madeira as well. The food was splendid and so tasty. We took some of it home. Also we took cheesecake slices home as well. Good times, great place, excellent food and stellar service.

Me and my dad went here for the first time yesterday and it was wonderful! We only had a small wait to get a booth, our waiter was very nice and helpful !! (i forgot his name though 😞) There wasnt much of a wait either. The food was wonderful, the cheesecake was good !! It was a very clean place as well.

I truly can't figure out why this place is so busy. Ordered 5 different meals and nothing was good. Burgers were dry meat pucks, wings were tiny and super over cooked, chicken tenders were 50% breading, flatbread was absolutely disgusting and burnt, and fries were bland. Drinks were never refilled.
I just don't get it.

Just got served raw chicken from the chicken medeira..such a thin slice that they even cut in half for my husband and I to share. I ate 3 bites before I noticed. Still payed 70 dollars for our drinks and app so they didn't care.
