The service is horrible. We were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait for a table and took almost 30. It also took an hour to get our food after ordering. We spent about $100 to not eat because it took so long for food to get to our table. By the time it got to us we just packed up our food and left. Terrible service, by far worst Cheesecake Factory. Not only money wasted but also time. Never going back.

BE AWARE of what you paid for including tips and make sure you keep your copy receipt. I checked my credit statement and I noticed there was an overcharged when I clearly remembered how much I paid and tipped. This server tipped himself more without my permission. I talked to the manager and she acknowledged it. She refunded me the overcharge amount. However, I do not think this was an accident, considering I did the math and it does not add up. I am not saying all servers are like that but just be aware of this fraudulent.

The food is amazing, the first time getting food from there, I did not dine in, just picked up food for my birthday. Had a gift card to use. It was a bit of wait for the food, but the wait was worth it. The cooks did an amazing job. Friendly staff that answered all the questions I had. The first time ever at this place, I love the food. They have a big menue too.

Just always to crowded and not enough staff to give proper customer service and just to loud with bar folks just talking about nothing but nothing.
Food is usually good, but could be better and served fresher and hotter.

Just like the review posted before mine is as here yesterday and there were fruit flies or knats crawling all over the windows around our 2 person booth. Lucky for us they didn’t make it to our side but still gross. Because what are they all over on the other side ?
Flatbread with the hot honey was delicious, bread was great as always, cheesecake was to die for !
Service was sub par, waited at the host stand for what seemed like forever with at least a dozen people noticing us, and just walking by. Finally the manager I’m assuming came up and asked if we had been helped yet, no. Sat us at that two person booth, no biggie. Server came over and had attitude the rest of the night after finding out we were only here for an appetizer and cheesecake ( not to mention it was 8:30pm so I mean at least we didn’t order a ton of things and be there past closing time.
There was food all over the floors including under and around our table, instead of picking up a larger piece of bread in the walkway inbetween the booths, one employee kicked it into another dimension.
Service was just overall super disappointing but the food was great. However the flies made us nervous about how safe our food is back there from them.

We came here for my birthday today and we were placed in a side window booth and noticed gnats literally all over the window and flying down toward us. But we asked to be moved an we were to another booth. A few mins later after we got our food we noticed more gnats attacking our plates and flying all around us. A waitress even gave us napkins to cover our drinks from the gnats getting into our cups. It was so gross. I think that should be taken care of immediately. Paying 100$ to hide from bugs out while dinner was disgusting.

We went for dinner last night. We had good food and good service. The problem was the nats. Those little pesky flies! We were sitting next to a large glass window next to the kitchen. We killed 5-6 nats and swatting at a dozen more the whole dinner. It was really frustrating to be in the middle of a conversation and to be interrupted by nats buzzing around your face. They definitely need to hire a pest control company!

My wife and I waited an hour and 15 minutes for food that the server obviously forgot to put in . Next it took 30 minutes to get desert Apple crisp with cream. We have never been treated as badly at any cheese cake factory restaurant. The food did not taste very good it was rushed, no flavor burnt onions and peppers in Cajon dish.
