Horrible coffee and baked goods. The coffee tastes burnt. Both the iced and jot versions. The baked goods were mediocre and bland. I would never go there again, not to mention the sizes on the drinks are much smaller than other places

I miss having a Coffee Bean close by. I always loved their iced mocha years ago but I loved chocolate coffee drink this time, delicious. I'll get it again when I'm close by if it's not a seasonal drink.

I am by no means a coffee person. However, the experience I had at this Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf goes beyond what I would imagine one could get from your “standard” coffee shop. By no means is the team at this location standard. I’d say, they set the standard. From the friendliness and attention to detail from Hailey (who took our order), to Connor and Zoe (who seem to take pride and care in crafting their drinks), this team upholds the highest of QA. Despite the busyness, they maintained speed, accuracy, and customer service. Any 1 star reviews seems maybe they were off or harsh critics. 5 stars, 10/10 recommend.

This location consistently makes not the greatest tasting coffees, and I usually lOVE coffee bean! I thought I'd give them another chance today and ended up throwing my entire drink away and headed down the street. For anyone looking, there is a privately owned coffee shop down on Butterfield stage next to cvs. They are good every time, just a little further away.

If you leave a tip, upon completing your order they will call your name and place it on the front counter with the receipt. If you don’t leave a tip, your completed order will be placed on the back counter, without a receipt and your name will not be called. And you will be shamed by their silence and scowls.

My go-to! Everything here is tasty, and the staff is always great.

I went to this place because I’m a coffee lover but when I got to the place the lady who help me, look annoyed and with a bad attitude I ask what kind of coffee you have and she said Brazilian and I said well give me that one and she ask do you want creamer and I said yes please on the side and she said we put it inside and she looked annoyed and rude so she finally give me three sugars on the side and a small cup of milk and kept working with a bad attitude I don’t recommend this place unless you want bad customer service go and spend your money somewhere else they have bad attitude and look annoyed the lady who help me I don’t her name but she has a lot of tattoos and the 666 on her arms I would recommend the owner to train employees to give a good customer service to customers

Went in for a few hours while I waited for someone.Outlets available to do some work and plug in your laptop.Ordered a coffee with heavy cream and sugar free vanilla powder. Whatever powder they used was spot on and delicious. I am on Keto so finding a solid cup of Joe with sugar free syrups or powdered that doesn't have the overly fake sugar taste that some syrups do is a plus.

Anyone that works there moves at a glacial pace, took 35 mins for a chai tea that was already brewed. There were only 2 drinks ahead of mine and they weren't busy. Makes no sense why it should take that long. I've tried coming here different times of day/ separate occasions and it's ALWAYS the same. No work speed that you're supposed to have for a coffee house.
