Went in for a few hours while I waited for someone.Outlets available to do some work and plug in your laptop.Ordered a coffee with heavy cream and sugar free vanilla powder. Whatever powder they used was spot on and delicious. I am on Keto so finding a solid cup of Joe with sugar free syrups or powdered that doesn't have the overly fake sugar taste that some syrups do is a plus.

Anyone that works there moves at a glacial pace, took 35 mins for a chai tea that was already brewed. There were only 2 drinks ahead of mine and they weren't busy. Makes no sense why it should take that long. I've tried coming here different times of day/ separate occasions and it's ALWAYS the same. No work speed that you're supposed to have for a coffee house.

bad drinks , ordered two pepper mint mochas got two mochas luke warm way too sweet.Brought them back had them remade , new ones were peppermint mochas , way too sweet barely warm , drank themfor 10 seconds and tossed them out instead of driving back .

Easily the worst coffee I've ever had in my life . I knew I should have left as soon as I came in . No ine greeted me or said hello but no biggie I've done customer service during the holidays and it's draining so no worries ,I ordered a midnight mocha no changes no swap outs nothin.. while I was waiting a young woman came in with her drinks and explained how the taste was off , the barista did not offer to remake it but simply explained that if they did it would taste the same . My drink tasted like old cigarettes and depression . It was very very very bitter and had a weird aftertaste. I also tipped I'm no Karen was just looking for a coffee place to support that wasn't Starbucks . Skip this place and just make it at home

Isaac is the best and always remembers your order. Food is hot and fresh. Had a breakfast date with my girlfriend. She really loved the ambience.
I have been coming here for months now and the only complaints I have is the staff. I’ve seen a change in staff for the worse recently. Zoe was incredibly rude and always seems as though she doesn’t wanna be there. Other times I’ve come in, Issac is overbearing and cocky. So sorry I didn’t know the exact term for the type of coffee I wanted but Issac was quick to shut me down and fix my terminology. That experience was odd. I will say that the drinks are delicious as always. Shoutout to Gavin for being the only person I look forward to seeing with great customer service.

Decided to try Coffee Bean instead of the usual Starbucks afternoon pick me up. Location is super busy, only 2 people working the floor. I ordered ahead and waited about 10 minutes before asking about my order. I was told "it's on the counter over there." To my confusion there's two lines that say "Pick up" and "Online pick up" but with the location so busy everyone is just crowded around and I received my melted drinks. I should of asked sooner but was trying to be patient.I really wish they called out names as opposed to assuming everyone knows where to go. Will be going back to my Starbucks routine.

Took about 10 minutes before my order was taken. There was 1 person standing in line before me. My order then took another 10 minutes for cold brew coffee. Will probably never be going back again because of how slow the service was. SB is way faster and is fully staffed.

We love "Coffee Bean" and stopped by before hitting the road after a few nights at Pechanga. My granddaughter was given her sandwich & cold drink but we ended up waiting 15 minutes for my regular coffee & almond croissant. Then we had to wait even longer because my coffee was COLD ... how do you make that mistake?! And it wasn't like it was busy in there! I would've taken it personally except for the lady who ordered after us complained about her order too. (P.S. The croissant was delicious.)
