I am local and its the closest pool resort to me. But the more i go the less i like it. 5 PM they close the pool area. Like thats the bedtime time to open it not close it. Food and drinks prices change from what its served at the casino vs the pool area. Too many rules shows pechanga is money hungry and still doesn’t provide the service you pay for. They took our glasses when they closed the pool. Come on. Do better.

Did a terrible wine tasting, wines are nothing to brave about and the service was terrible. Janice the bar tender was only worried about closing and didn’t knew or explained anything about the house wines. Too many choices around, better do elsewhere!!

We went there with our in-law to enjoy a day at winery. The friendly man at the counter suggested a membership to their winery club because we would get 10% discounts. I signed up for it without flipping thru all the on-line contract pages. To my surprise, I found out in the beginning of the following months that I am obligated to purchase their wine packages at minimum 3 months. Or else, I was supposed to pay termination fee. I ended up paying termination fee.

Love this winery! The stunning architecture makes you feel like you’ve wandered into a charming European village, with hidden nooks and beautiful details around every corner. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the wine—absolutely delicious! It’s a perfect spot to relax, sip, and soak in the beauty. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an unforgettable wine experience!

The messed up all the bookings and double charged us for everything. It was a pain to fix. Also had dirty irons in rooms that stained clothes when using.
