I had an amazing first experience thanks to Arath! As someone who had never been here before, I really appreciated the time and attention he gave me. He walked me through the options, gave spot-on recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Arath is a true asset to this team — knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Location charged me over $20 for my food which they did not make, closed early, wasted my time and gas and refused to give a refund and forced me to jump through hoops with their online support and is likely going to force me to do a charge back with my financial provider. No offer and a weak apology given by the manager. Would not recommend this location on the attitude alone.

I won’t go here anymore. They are now charging over a dollar for extra salad dressing when they don’t give you enough to begin with. Not cool! Sorry, you lost a customer

The food was good and fresh. However, tables were dirty, and I had to clean it myself. The lady who took the order made a few mistakes and didn't give me the extras I ordered and paid for.

the Cajun fried are the best... but for 3 people to eat, it was $75... and for that reason is why we only go once or twice a year... we did notice a significant price increase...

Online, we saw the double char burger was the top burger in the country. So we decided to go for lunch. They have a kiosk to order at, but you can't customize your oder that well, so we went straight to the counter to order. It wasn't busy at all and the place was clean!! We got 2 double char burger meals w/ everything on it. The first bite reminded me of Culver's. Nothing about the burger " wowed me" or stood out. It was made to order, and the cheese was perfectly melted, and it was a good burger worth going back to, but I don't think "the best burger."
